I buy them as soon as I can get them, even though the price does seem to go down after the month is about to be over.

If I had it my way, I'd buy 4 at the beginning of the month, and once they're revealed, either stay with the 4 or if I can spare it, buy more if I have a feeling they'll be raising generously in price.
