Well, we've all played games and seen clans, but the question is: Are you a clan gamer, or not?
It is a big issue, and growing fad in the online gaming community and I have seen the good and bad side of being in a clan.
The good: Always having people to back you up. Alot of friends(Depending on how big the clan is), and the occasional practice to catch up on your skills.
But while that sounds good, the bad are simple and obvious.
The bad: Being targeted by other clans. Being insulted by other clans. Your clan saying they are the best, when they are clearly not, therefore putting you in an awkward position for being in the clan. And then of course, clan wars getting out of hand and leading to cyber-violence through E-Mails, maybe even a phone, or just online gaming.
Me, personally, I decide to not be a clan gamer because, well, I just don't like them. I'm a lone-wolf and I like it that way.
So, enough about me, what about you? And if yes, or even no, explain why. I'd like to hear your intake on it all.

hmm me im a clan gamer i like playing with my clan mates cause there a funny bunch and somtimes lose but we dont brag about our selves like some other clan member like 666 sayin there the best and all but yea i dont brag about other ppl cause theres no point in being mean etc cause its not gonna ppl nowhere

abenightmare hmm me im a clan gamer i like playing with my clan mates cause there a funny bunch and somtimes lose but we dont brag about our selves like some other clan member like 666 sayin there the best and all but yea i dont brag about other ppl cause theres no point in being mean etc cause its not gonna ppl nowhere Thats true. Your clan sounds great, though! biggrin I brag about how good I am -- AFTER, the match and I own people. rofl Not a second too soon. But of course, this Guild is an exception of being in a Clan. biggrin

I used to play in a Clan back in Socom 1, Killzone and Timesplitters. However, I found out that people are very ego centered when online (You might say otherwise, but deep down, your really are). So friends backstabbing each other to throw others out of the clan or simply leaving without telling for something better really got me annoyed in the end. And since then I haven't played clan games.

Where im coming from? I've been in international clans as well. However, theres not really any point in kicking someone who already left from a guild...

im in a cod 4 clan of a bunch of mates in real life, so we all just do it in good fun n just have a laugh all kickin a**, n sometimes colaberate with friends in other clans n just all work together razz

so by the sound of it its just an internet "gang"? hmm.. how would i know if im playing a clan group? and how would i start a new clan group on COD4? what would i have to do to get people to join?
