Two new poems from me (check out my profile for a weekly update) the second one is the most recent one and I've tried out a new style, kind of breaking the habit.

I want to

Looking at you from the distance
The big chance never really appeared
Though I did get to be close to you
Maybe one day soon you'll see

That my heart is longing for you
My hands want to touch you, hold you
The look in my eyes when I look at you
How I am at a loss of what to say

When you're near
I hope you'll see it, the love I have
how I want to move closer
I hope you'll realize, before my heart moves on

I shoul stop thinking
be impulsive
stop trying to plan
just do what I feel for doing

I told you I cared for you
that I feel for you
I hope you'll see the truth behind it
and not try to stop me

I want to dare to look into your eyes
and you to look into mine, and see the love
the love that I'm filled with
that I want to share

I want to know the taste of you
to know how it feels
when you touch my face
want to take in your smell

You held me for a while
but I don't know what to think
cause you're such a flirter
just like me

Lost dreams

There are
tears
upon my face
as I look to the sky
each tear
a lost dream
how many more
can I shed
before there is
no more to loose?

Standing tall
yet broken down
my heart upon the silver plate
beating
waiting
I love one
I love all
but recieve nothing back
friendly love, yes,
but not pure love

Confused
don't know where to next
fumbling in darkness
I stop, cry
wish someone could come
and hold me close
release me from the burden
if only for a moment
soothe me
stroke my skin
toy with my hair

Someone, please,
take me in
accept my love
take care of my heart
be someone that I can lean on
find comfort in each other
and dream new dreams
that will never be lost
and give me a kiss
