-All Quincy operate at 50% of their maximum Spirit Energy without any excess Stamina costs ("Normal state")
-The size of the Quincy's bow (if made of spirit energy) and/or arrows increases as you raise your Spirit Energy from it's "Normal State"
-Can be increased through use of Ginto (silver tube techniques) or Quincy Artifacts

Intuition: Quincy's awareness of their environment and Analysis ability
-Allows the Quincy to detect the Spirit Power of nearby beings
-Can be used to try and "Find" those who are hiding their Spirit Power

Stealth: Quincy's ability to avoid detection and cunning
-Used to perform stealth actions
-Used to "Hide" your Spirit Energy from those around you

Strength: Physical strength of the Quincy

-Damage is added to your Seele Schneider damage?

Willpower: This is the Quincy's Constitution and ability to maintain spirit absorption
-Used to determine how long (in posts) a Quincy can fight at their full potential (100% Spirit Energy). Once you've reached your limit then you begin to use up Willpower Points in order to continue fighting at that level, Stamina costs triple at this point.
-Unused Willpower can used with a Dice Roll to try and get an accumulated total of Willpower + 5, to continue fighting (without increased Stamina costs or using Willpower) for a length of your Unused Willpower or until you are struck again. Once either happens though, your Stamina costs quadruple.

Hirenkyaku ("Flying Screen/Agility") Hirenkyaku works like this, each point you place into the Stat allows you to place one point or "level" into the Flying Screen Step or Air Walking Technique. In addition, you may also spend Technique points to improve your Air Walking/Flying Screen Step "levels" further.
Air Walking requires at least 3 points of Hirenkyaku while Flash Step requires 5 points of Hirenkyaku.

Technique Point Cost: 2 Technique points per Air Walking or Flying Screen Step "Level"

Air Walking This ability allowes a Quincy to ride the spirit particles in the air, producing an effect that resembles flight. The Quincy can choose to solidify the particles around themselves to resemble a "board" to ride on.
Initial Stat Modification: Travel 0 Areas(can "Hover"), -2 Attack when attempting to use your Quincy Bow while flying
Initial Cost: 16 Stamina per post, 1 Technique point to aquire
"Level" Options:
- Lower Stamina Cost by 3
- Increase Area Travel by 1
- Increase Attack Modification for Archery while Flying by 1

Flying Screen Step This ability allows a Quincy to quickly "step" and ride the spirit particles to another nearby location. When used this produces a "blur" affect of where the Quincy was once at.
Initial Stat Modification: 0 Areas Travelled, 0 Bonus Defense, Unable to use an Offensive Action the same post a Flash Step is used
Initial Cost: 27 Stamina per use, 2 Technique points to aquire
"Level" Options:
- Lower Stamina Cost by 4
- Increase Area Travel by 1
- Able to use an Offensive Action in the same post (Taken once)
- Increase Defense Bonus by 1 (When Evading with Hirenkyaku)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Seele Schneider ("Soul Cutter")Seele Schneider works like Hirenkyaku, each point you place into the Stat allows you to allocate one point or "level" into the Flash Step or Air Walking Technique.
Seele Schneider requires at least 6 points of Kyudo.

Seele Schneider - Still Under Construction, so this can be changed in the future.
Initial Stat Modification: Arrow is able to "saw" off 0% of targets' excess spirit power and absorb it (in melee as a "sword"), the Seele Schneider then absorbs the loosened spirit power to increase arrow damage when fired (Base Damage is 100% of Quincy's Spirit Power)
Initial Cost: 10 Stamina per use (in either melee or ranged)
"Level Options":
-Increase spirit power saw'd off by 5%
-Increase arrow Base Damage by 5%
-Lower Stamina cost by 2
-Seele is able to "steal" Spirit Power from target (temporarily lowering the Spirit Power of the victim by 50% of what is "saw'd" off), this ability can be taken twice for 100%
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Combination Techniques
Combination Techniques are combinations of Gritz, Heizen, Wolke, Hirenkyaku and/or Kyoko Techniques. These cost X amount of Technique points and the stamina costs vary on the Combination type and it's effects.
Cost: Technique Point Cost of First Technique + Technique Point Cost of Second Technique

Example(s):
Sprenger ("Detonator") [Heizen + Seele Schneider]
This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagram-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside the gintō acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.
Maximum Damage: 100% Spirit Power x 5 + [Heizen Level in Damage]
Cost: 8 Technique points, Requires 5 Seele Schneiders + 1 Silver Tube (For Spirit Power stored for Heizen Technique)

Quincy Bow
Unlike the shinigami, who use a sword as their primary weapon, the Quincy's weapon of choice is a bow. It is constructed from spiritual particles drawn from their surroundings, also unlike the shinigami, who rely on their own innate spiritual energy. (As a reflection of this, Quincies have white spirit threads like normal humans, while shinigami have red spirit threads.) Flashbacks in the anime show earlier Quincy using longbows or crossbows and firing spiritual arrows from them. Quincy bows are summoned using an artifact called a Quincy Cross. The only limit to a Quincy's ability to create and fire arrows is their own stamina and ability to absorb ambient spirit particles. Quincy also have various tools and battle aides that can increase their power or serve as secondary weapons.
Bow Type: Solid or Spirit Energy

Solid Solid-type
-Able to defend against physical a ttacks but not against Spirit Power based ones
Base Attack: 1 arrow per shot

Spirit Energy Spirit Energy-Type (SE-Type)
-Able to defend against Spirit Power attacks but not against physical based ones
Base Attack: 1 arrow per shot

Quincy Kyudo ("Quincy Archery")
-Higher levels allows you to use more versitile types of arrows in your aresenal (more arrows per shot, etc), including the Seele Schneider attacks

Format:
Kyudo Name: Description of it's ability
Cost, Stat Mods(if any), Secondary effects (if any) will be filled in by me

Quincy Items
These are tools used by the Quincy to aid themselves in their missions. For additional aids please see the Urahara Shop.

Maximum Items Carried: Each Quincy is allowed to carry a Maximum of 6 Items, 1 of the Items must be a Quincy Cross (otherwise you couldn't manifest your Bow. xp )

Hollow Bait — This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts hollows when crushed. When used by Uryū, the bait, in combination with Ichigo's powerful spiritual pressure, was able to draw a gillian-class menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Seele Schneider ("Soul Cutter") — The Seele Schneider is a thin, sword-shaped arrow. It's much longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw: the spirit particles of its blade vibrate at ultra-high frequencies, loosening the molecular bonds between any spirit matter it cuts so that the Quincy user may easily absorb the freed spirit particles.
**Note: Each Seele Schneider takes one Item Slot**

Silver Tubes (Gintō) — Silver tubes are small liquid-filled capsules that store spiritual energy, and are used by Quincy for spellcasting in the same way that shinigami use kidō. Like kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands, but do not require any of the user's energy to activate.
**Note: Each Silver Tube is only capable of carrying one Quincy Technique, each Tube can be used once before it is exhasted but they can be "refilled" with spirit energy. So if you have multiple Techniques or want to use the same Technique more than once you need to carry multiple Tubes.**

Quincy Bangle (Sōshingu) — Introduced in the anime's Bount arc, the Quincy Bangle is an artifact designed to mimic a Quincy's natural powers. It works by drawing in spirit particles from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing spirit particles. When activated, it forms a metal bow on the user's hand and gives them an appropriate Quincy outfit to match. The bangle is an unstable and delicate device, which eventually falls apart with extended use.[9] The bow it creates has a huge drawback in that spirit particles must be gathered and charged to be of any use; doing otherwise greatly weakens the power of the resultant projectiles. The arrows also seem to fire erratically, sometimes curving away from their intended target. Furthermore, if shot at the time when the device is at its maximum power, it could explode, killing the user and destroying anything else nearby. Uryū was able to bypass most of these problems by using the bow to focus his own suppressed powers, rather than relying on it to draw in spirit particles for him.

Quincy Cross (Mekkyaku Jūji) — Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow. The cross need not necessarily be in a cross shape, as Ryūken's cross is a pentacle.

Sanrei Glove (Sanrei Shutō) — The sanrei glove is a powerful Quincy artifact that can increase a Quincy's power exponentially, but requires a dangerous and exhausting type of resistance training (wearing it for a week while constantly firing spiritual arrows) to master. The glove works by scattering the spirit particles in the surrounding area, making it much harder to form a working bow. If a Quincy can summon a bow and use it for the required amount of time, they will have undergone a massive increase in power. When removed, however, the glove will release the user's energy all at once - first transforming them into a being of tremendous strength, and then forcing their Quincy powers to gutter out completely.
