Please be kind and courteous when posting. I'm sure we would all appreciate some constructive criticism, but there is no reason to put down someone's work. We may not all be at the same skill level, but we are all trying our best and having fun--and that's the most important thing!
When posting images (and please post lots!), please try not to stretch the page. Anything over 600 pixels wide should be linked to or posted as a thumbnail. Overly large images can disrupt the flow of dialogue and long load times can be very frustrating.
When you have a new project to show off or need advice on, please start a new thread. Non-fabric crafting related talk belongs in the Random Chat thread, brainstorming belongs in the Current/Future Projects thread.
According to the R&C sticky, "Art can only be sold on Gaia for Gaia Gold and items. Selling art for real cash on Gaia is not permitted. You may link in your thread to a webpage that has your cash commission options but you may not advertise it or directly take commissions for cash on gaia." Also, "Because of the requirement that the person must receive an accurate, good quality digital version of the commission, things such as plushies, cosplay items, statues, and so on CANNOT be sold [on Gaia], because there it is clear that without the real life exchange, there would be no point for the commission."
This means, unfortunately, no commissioning crafts with Gaia gold. You are welcome to inquire here if someone is willing to make something for you, but the details need to be worked out off-Gaia (through email or Deviant Art, etc.).
