As requested on the official introductions thread, I'm going to make a separate topic to introduce myself.

Hi, as you can see by my username, my name is Lizardheart. No, not really. But it's what you can call me.
It looks like a lot of people here are writing books ... I'm not. Hope that's ok. Well, I'm not officially writing a book. I've made the effort several times but I've never gotten very far. Currently I'm on Effort #4. I think. Short stories suite my short attention span better.
As for books I like, I read fantasy. I especially like stories about war. I'm an anti-love-sap. My best friend wrote a love story a couple of days ago, and I nearly threw up reading it. crying
I also like reading random science articles.
And I like smileys. biggrin
Other relevant things about me: I spend too much time online. I need to get off my rear and move around more, but the computer is mesmerizing.
I also really like listening to music. My favorite band is Rush. Prog rock. Heck yes. My second favorite band is Queensrÿche. Prog metal. I don't branch out much. razz
I think that's it ... for now. Knowing me, I'll come up with something to add later.
