If you have more than one character, you can fill out the forms for them as well in the same reply post if you like.

Do you already have an ID card and want to make changes or update it? Like, supposing you want to change your character's appearance? Use the same form.

Do you want to change your arcane gift? You can use this form too, but there's no guarantee the crew will approve your new gift.

The crew will have your new card ready before long, and you can pick it up in the ID cards thread! Changed cards will be saved over their old files in the photobucket, so you can just keep your direct link up and it will change automatically when we upload the new version.


Nate Edits: When recording your Arcane Gift for your card, you don't have to reveal any secret information. If you really really want, you can put "Unknown" for this value unless a large number of players already know your gift. Also, just because a player can see your gift on this card doesn't mean they know about it in-character. Players should treat all of the information on the ID card as Out of Character Knowledge unless otherwise stated.
