Every time I add a new picture in a slide, The same picture will put up in every single other slide. And when I hide the picture, all other pictures will hide.

How can I avoid this?

are you sure you put them in different layers ?

Have you edited an Alpha Channel on it? Or maybe you have a transparent background? Try coloring the background of each frame a solid color and try it.
