This is Moonstone Cave. A mystical cave that has a hole in the roof that allows moonlight to shine down and brighten a mystical stone in the center to a shining light that fills the entire cave. Medicine cat meetings, new leaders, and whenever a cat wishes to speak with StarClan shall go here.

Icewing padded up to where the moonstone was and always had been. As she had figured, no one was here yet. She came early , not for any particular reason, she just liked to be early. She sat on a rock and waited for the other cats to arrive. She hadn't seen them in a long time and was wondering how they were doing.

Icebelly walked up to the moonstone cave entrance. Her nose twitched at the scent of another cat and she recognised Icewing's scent. She wasn't surprised. Icewing had a habit of showing up to the medicine cat meetings early.

A sleek black cat sat outside of the medicine cat’s den, staring up at the sky with bright, unseeing eyes. The moon, though only a half moon, lit up the sky and the forest under it, bathing everything in a soft silver light. This was the night that the medicine cats traveled to the moonstone, having to go through Boulderclan’s territory, to share tongues with Starclan. Though Inkblood shuddered at the thought of having to pass through Boulderclan’s territory, he smiled and purred softly at the thought of sharing tongues with Starclan. It was one of those rare times when he could see others with his eyes while he spoke to them. He glanced over at Bloodpaw, his eyes sad. The poor apprentice. He’d been spending his entire life being able to see, but not he could only hear. At least Bloodpaw could hear well. Maybe he should bring the young cat to the moonstone with him. Smiling to himself, Inkblood padded over and nudged the sleeping apprentice with his paw. Bloodpaw stirred, then opened his blind eyes. His ears twitched, and he glanced in Inkblood’s general direction, his gaze questioning.
“Bloodpaw, I want you to come to the moonstone with me,” Inkblood said softly, his voice excited. Bloodpaw pushed himself to his paws, stretching his front legs forward. He acted normally, as though he had been blind his entire life.
“Am I allowed to?” he asked, his voice soft. Inkblood shrugged slender shoulders.
“I’m a medicine cat, and you have potential, even if you don’t want to be a medicine cat. It’ll be fine. Come on,” he said, draping his tail over Bloodpaw’s broad shoulders, but Bloodpaw shrugged it off with a scowl and a soft growl.
“Let’s go,” Inkblood said, leading the way out of the camp.

Icewing heard and smelled another cat comeing up the dark tunnel. She recognized the smell and smiled as the cat came into view."Icebelly, and how are you doing lately?" She mewed calmly as the aquiclan cay came up silently. She then heard another sound. Two paw steps. This was weird, none of the other medcine cats had an aprentice. Then she caught two familiar smells. Inkblood had arrived, but this time with a questionably welcome guest."Inkblood, what is he doing here?" In came bloodpaw, unsteady just a bit. she remembered why. Bloodpaw had been blinded. She was happy that he was alive. But not so happy he was here.

"Hello, Icewing, I'm fine how are-" Icebelly stopped. Two cats had entered the cave. One was Inkblood, but the other was a blind apprentice. "Inkblood, who is this? Is this your new apprentice? If so, he is welcome here, but if not, perhaps he should leave. This meeting is only for medicine cats and their aprentices."

Icewing turned her head to Inkblood."Yes inkblood, is he your aprentice?" She was wondering that question for a long time but was too busy staring to bring it up. It looked like all was there. Meadowclan really needed to get a medicine cat. She felt a certain feeling they had, so she stayed where she was and waited for a bit as she waited for Inkblood to answer her.

Depending on what Inkblood's answer was, the apprentice would have to leave, no matter what Inkblood said. This meeting was for medicine cats only. She felt sorry for the little guy, as it was obvious from his wounds tht he wasn't born blind, but still, unless he was a medcat apprentice, he wouldn't be able to stay.

Icebelly was wondering where the MeadowClan medicine cat was. She was fairly certain they had found one, but where were they? It was almost moonhigh and therefore time to begin. If they didn't arrive soon, they would be late.

Windy padded up to the large cave and looked from behind spottedpath."This is Moonstone?" She asked. It was dark and she smelled the scent of others cats. But what she thought was wierd was that there were paw marks. They looked like they were made moons and moons ago and padded on by many a cat, dead and alive. She padded in and imidiately the scents of the other cats got stronger.

A scent reached Icebelly's nose. "Ah," She said, "it looks like the MeadowClan's medicine cat has arrived. I wonder who it is?"

Icewing looked over at Icebelly."Yes it seemes so." She turned her head in the direction of the new scent."Hello dear,' She mewed smoothly to the new cat."And who might you be?" Something odd hit her nose. A scent of rogue? Where did they find this medicine cat?
Windy walked into the cave and caught scents she had only just discovered. A cat started to talk to her."I'm Windy," She mewed to the mysterios cat."Hopeing to be Meadowclans new Medicine cat." She mewed it with confidence. She musn't show fear.

"I'm Icebelly, AquiClan's medicine cat, the cat laying down by the moonstone is Icewing, Boulderclan's medicine cat, the other cat is Inkblood, LeafClan's medicine cat and we were just asking him if this other cat was his new apprentice," Icebelly mewed kindly. Since her name was Windy, she was probably a rogue, just like Icebelly's mother.

"It's nice to meet you all." She purred in her silky tone."This is Summerpaw. She will be my aprentice as well." She flicked her tail at Summeprpaw as she padded into the cave.

"It's a nice thing to be here." Summerpaw mewed, smiling gently. As her eyes scanned the faces she saw shock. They could tell by her build that she was too old to be an apprentice. "It seems all four clans are here." she added on, sitting down beside her mentor. From a past experince, she knew that they had to wait until Moonhigh to begin.
