Sort of Like the World Project, this will become an RP, rather than...whatever Sweety's plans for Big-Arse are. Just make sure to read everything. I'm hoping everybody will participate, because this would be so much better with everyone's ideas.
Mmmkay, kids, here's the plan:Quote: Step 1: Create a Character: I don't think I need to go into detail about this one, just stick to what ever suits you in making a character. But, give it a good name.
Step 2: Create a World: No, this is not to be taken quite so literally. Just create places- cities, towns, villages, states, provinces, kingdoms, countries, continents- just be descriptive and thoughtful of other's contributions- bonus brownie points for those who make their idea work in conjunction with others (with the creators consent, of course).
Step 3: Create a Culture: This one is a bit trickier. Work with others to develop cultures that suit the places in this world. Give them religions, holidays, superstition, literature, folklore, delicasies, government, social and vocational heiarchy- but make it a culture that suits your personal tastes (unless you would want to live in a town ruled by a malevolent dictator, where smiling is prohibited, and music is limited to what you hear in elevators. In short: Don't make it suck.
Step 4: Create a Story Line: In this stage, you must once again all work together to develop some sort of story- effecting many places, even if it's not all. Just make sure there is some kind of struggle. Create a mysterious kind of background, and perhaps something happens- without an explained effect.
Step 5: Drawing It All Together: Now that you have made individual characters, designed a physical world, played god and gave it occupants, then set it into motion, it's time to become one of the characters in your brave, new world. Now that the entire world has been created, your character needs a story, a viable background. Deciding the where is most important here. If your character lives in a remote part of the world, make sure that they have some way of effecting the story. All characters are part of the entire cast, and all are main characters. My Character!!! ^_^
Name: Kaliandra of Keseryu
Race: Vampire(Anne Rice style, not Bram Stoker style)
Age: She died at 17, but is actually 500 years old
Weapons: She keeps a shortsword at her left hip, a whip at her right hip, and carries a staff with a hole in the middle to hold her longbow.
Powers: She can hypnotize and control the weak-minded, she has impossible strength and speed, abilities gained from her transformation. Abilities that she had since she was alive, and have honed and perfected over the years include: ability to sense the emotions of others, and powerful intuition. She is also very skilled with her various weapons.
Weaknesses: She is weak against sunlight. It won't kill her, because she has been undead for so long, but it will badly burn her, hurting and incapacitating her for weeks, depending on the length of the exposure. When the sun begins to rise, she becomes very drowsy, and if the sun rises before she can get to somewhere she deems safe, she will drop onto the floor, whereever she is, unable to do any more than mumble at any passersby. If there are many people around her with strong emotions, she will become overwhelmed and act on the strongest emotion near her. Because of her intuition, she will sometimes do things without understanding why she has done them, and is often in a state of confusion.
Appearence: Kaliandra has ankle-length, stoplight red hair, which she always keeps tightly braided to avoid tangling. Her eyes are a piercing, hypnotic green, that melts into blue when she accesses her vampiric powers. As stated before, she keeps a shortsword at her left hip, a whip at her right hip, and wears a bow quiver on her back, full of self-made arrows, keeping the bow itself in a staff she keeps in her left hand, but her weaponry is subtle, almost to the point of unnoticabilty, on her personage. She usually wears a tough, water-proof brown leather outfit: pants, a shirt and jacket, and heavy knee-high boots, because she loves to travel.

Name: Annula Tashazel
Sex: Female
Age: 27
Race: Were-horse (orginally human)
Appearance: long, mottled brown hair with sharp blue eyes. Willowy build, typically dressed in a tattered grey gown with no shoes. Horse form is a dark brown, with the same eyes, and flesh-eating teeth.
Weapons: She's been carrying a short sword for a while, but she'll use anything, really.
Powers: She turns into a demonic horse forcefully at the full moon, but any other night she's able to change for an hour's time. Her horse form's better in attributes to just about any other horse, but craves human flesh on the full moon as a price.
Background: Annula was normal once, living as a simple farmer's girl, but one day a strange horse wandered into the stables at night. She tried to take care of it on her own, and the horse went mad, mauling her and fleeing. The next moon cycle, she was having forced changes, and in fear for her villiage's reaction, she too, fled her home. Now, she has learned how to fend for herself and lives neutrally, eating flesh when her horse shape demands. She has long since refused to get close to others because of her cravings.j
