I'm heading off to bed, but I figured I mine as well start the topic now.
I'm mike, brand new to the site and this guild. I used to write short stories as a kid, never really wrote fan character things or stuff like that.
Stopped for a while, resumed about two years ago. Now it's mostly scripts, though I'm actually (and oddly) enough writing a few children's books. Extremely fun, I recommend it to any and everyone.
Oh it seems I'm rambling a bit, err, hello. Pm if you have any questions, and comments and such are most welcome.

*Grins* Trust Cheese to say something like that. Not that I don't agree with her. I once made one for my little brother... it was at this time that my sisters kindly introduced him to siccors... emo
