... Roads, Kings... Regalias...
What's it all mean? What is the difference? What's the deep down history of it all and how do we obtain them?
Your mission, is to define these words before sun rise.
If not, you will FAIL. (lol jk)

In thought, a Regalia was always a rare and powerful item, sort of like some powerful stone, that is built into AT's and channeled to do different things with them. And being that they're powerful, they won't just let anyone use them, the Regalia chooses its own owner that they think will use them most efficently. So, you can't easily just find them and automatically know how to use them... The rider must be strong.

Road- A path determined by the rider and what they feel in their hearts of what they are capable of manifested into a path to travel to the skies or the earth or anywhere in between
King-A title held by those who have proven themselves to be a worthy leader of their cause. Kingsmanship can be gained through the Possesion of Regalia or the ability to have others simply know you by being that king. Aside from the main kings anyone else can be some sort of king but it will usually occur as their King's title is a branch of another one of the King's.
Regalia- A rare item that appears in the ATs of the true kings. The regalia serve as the tool that allows the true king to hold his power as the true king and to hold the authority of a king. The regalia must choose it's owner, making sure that noone out of place becomes the king. The regalia belong only to the true kings and while the branch kings may be powerful, the Regalia of the riegning king will be superior. At least, that is what I think.

Kings- "Kings" are the most talented and professional of Riders, having their own Regalia, which serves as proof of their status and strength.
Regalia- Regalia are special ATs specifically engineered to work in conjunction with the King's 'road.'
Roads-The roads are markings on any surface left by practicing the techniques. Over time, the markings accumulate and become a road. Each King has their own road as well.
But... these are just just the wiki definitions.
Kings- AT users whoe ride Road with tremendous skill who, who have Regalia to prove their Kingship.
Roads- The style of riding, shown by the marks left behind after an attack or event.
Regalia- ATs designed to enhance the ability of a rider of a specific Road and proof that one is a King. Without Regalia, you are not considered a King.That is why Akira was the Fang King until Agito retrieved the regalia from him.

Webster says:
Road - An open way for vehicles, persons, and animals; especially, one lying outside of an urban district; a route or way to an end, conclusion, or circumstance.
King - One that holds a preeminent position; especially, a chief among competetors.
Regalia - royal rights or prerogatives; the emblems, symbols, or paraphernalia indicative of royalty.
I say:
Road - a person's path in life in general, shaped by their past and present abitions, influences, and peers.
King - A person whose traits in a particular field exceed those of those around them; i.e., a highly proficient AT user, or an incredibly skilled instrumentalist, etc.
Regalia - A specialized symbol denoting a position of power or responsibility.
I think that a person can be a King, even without the Regalia, simply because the regalia is a symbol. Even if you don't have a symbol, you can still carry the traits of a good/powerful leader.
