This story line isn't Complete yet. This is a shell of what its going to be. This is just the sequence of events and its multilinear which means that some of these events will be happening at the same time and you get to choose which one you want to do...if any...
The story open at your home town...which is nameless at this point in time...You town in under the jurisdiction of a queen just to let you know.
You pretty much wonder around on your own for a while learning the controlls and such. Later on you hear word of a thief attack on the queens castle. whether it is because you went to the local pub, or you saw one of the mant flyers out and about explaining it all.
This is where you get the choise to persuit the thieves, or just stay at home and do nothing about it. But if you just stay at home...you won't really get any kind of reward or anything...
This is when you get to choose your class if you decide to hunt down the thieves, if you decide not to, they attack your town later and you have to take on a class so that you can fight them off.
/* I will be using numbers and letter to show the time in which events are happening so that you can understand better the sequence of them */
At this point, you've decided to attack the thieves that have attacked your Queen. They've taken refuge in an ancient ruin in the forest, and you decide to hunt them down there. Its a small place so there isn't much to explore, but there are old traps still active, and a team member that gets partnered up with you has both the tools and abilities to dismantle them.
When you get to the end of it, you find the leader of the Thieves guild taking a knife to a couple throats. When confronted He tell syou that his members did not attack the castle, a few rouge thieves attempting to make it in the guild got fat heads and jumped in over their heads...their fat heads...
Now is when the story really divides. after this you get three options of story line to follow...
1a- join the Thief king and follow him to attack the castel and claim power over your towm 1b-Fight against his attack on the castle and gain respect from the queen 1c- Leave him alone and make a deal saying you won't resist him if he leaves your town alone.
Either choice you later get the option to over throw who ever has power at this time. During this, no matter which side you have, the main villian show himself at this time. Doppleganger is your main antagonist, though you -do- get the option to fight with or against him...Anyways, which ever side you chose, Good, Evil, Neutral, he displays himself.
At this time your team all decides plans...
Good- we have to kill him...its our job as the heros Evil- we can really use this as an oppurtunity to gain control on a global scale Neutral-Crap...now we have to kill him, because if we don't then we'll die...I want to save my own a**...

Ok this is how I will do this from now on. I will post the entire Good, evil and Neutral story, but you need to realize that you are not railed to just those, you can choose to switch sides at any time in the game. I'm just posting the options you get, while at the same time staying on the same side. The next three posts will be the differen't stories.

Good Guys
The good guy story picks up where you meat the Thief guild leader in the ancient ruin, being the good guys, you decide to fight them off and defend your town and castle from the thieves. You do actually get to go inside the castle and fight thief guild members, though not all of them are thief class. The royal guard members are on your side and will fight with you. After you run victorious from this attack, the Queen makes you head of the castles milita. You get some missions, though nothing big enough to effect the story line, that you can do or not, but you get the choise of killing the queen because you are next in line, being that she has no Children or family left. Both of the reasons behind those choises are still reletivly good.
1a- keep queen in charge- you don't want to commit murder... 2a- Take over- you could do more good then her anyways...
After this whole thing, you need to go on at least a couple of the missions, so that time can pass or you can wait the time out but that can get boring..., anyways, the queen sent a party to loot the ancient ruin where they found some interesting treasures. One of which is supposed to be a portal to other worlds, though no one can work it...Anyways, things happen and the gem gets activated and your main enemy is released.
Doppleganger, a demon with the ability to take the physical form of people it sees with size being reletive to its own, is released a says that he has another chance to get revenge on those who hated him, and he runs...As the good guys, you decide to hunt him down, thinking he has bad intentions, shortly outside your castle you meet him again, still in his normal form, a white a** demon with a hunched over stance, and you fight him. He doesn't win this fight, but he kills one of your team members and takes his form and runs again.
After this little brawl, a small group meets up with you. They say that they want to help you take Dopple down, because though they don't like playing the hero, they are still living in the world that he is going to attack. They tell you about a weapon with the power to benish Dopple to a half dimension, the passing point between two worlds, but broken so that he wouldn't ever be able to escape. To do this, you would need to gather the five peices of it, they are guarded of course, and that they would get the weapon themselves. So naturally as the good guys you accept the mission and get on your way.
Gathering the pieces
You get a few options here, You can either brave the temples that hold the weapon piece, or you can run down to the bad guys camp and destroy the army they are raising. There are 5 pieces and 4 races joining the evil army, but the army plans to attack the royal guard before they assemble to attack so you can help them too. The four races are: Dark elves, Giants, Golems, and Minotaurs
The five Gems I will discribe by the Temple and all that, so you know what you would be doing there.
FIRE- This one is hidden inside a volcano that is guarded by a fire demon. Ahh sweet irony, a demon...guadring something that is designed to kill demons... Anyways, its a pretty straight forward path going down to the base of the volcano inside...Just fight off the demon and get your Gem and leave.
Water- Hidden under the ocean in a sunken city. No sentient life there, just fish... Off the coast of your town, is a cave that leads down into the city. A Ritualist, a special class that only this NPC gets...just to make sense, gives you the ability to breathe under water for a time. There isn't a huge boss here, just 4 smaller ones, still is going to be just as much of a pain in the butt.
Earth- This one is a little complicated to explain, because it involves time travel. You actually lose your team for this fight, but you gain an old man...this man has the ability to travel back and forth in time. so this is a puzzle temple, but there is a bit of a twist here...The thing is when you get to the Gem, it isn't there...But the temple is starting to cave in, so the old man takes you out of the temple and tells you the following...its about to get confusing as hell but try to follow along... " The Gem wasnt there for you to take because you already took it...Time is very complicated, it always moves forward, even when moving backwards...Think about this; Event A leads to event B, which leads to Event C...leading right back into event A. If one of those event doesn't exist, then none of them can exist...The gem wasnt there for you to take, because in the forever forward moving time line...you already took it...if you knew this and decided not to go back to take it, then event B in the chain would not happen, which means that event C, you taking the gem wouldn't happen, so it would still be there to take. Look there, Its you comming up to me before we left...if you went there to stop yourself in this forever moving time line, then the gem would revert to its original state of being in the temple. But it wasn't there to take because you already took it in another time warp...Think about where you would put it if you had it, and go find it." ---In a nutshell he tells you its there and at the same time its not, because you already took it before even going there to get it, because you already went back to get it, though -you- dont have it...its actually at home...and you just need to go back to get it...mind screw in a can.

Shadow - This one isn't so bad, though its probably going to be scary. You get traped alone on haunted land...I already designed this so I'm going to copy and paste, Just Note that its broken, because I have no set beginning for where this is and what, because you have the option of what you do before and after this...if anything at all...
Ok first off I want to say that this is a major part of the story line, and it doesn't matter which side you take, you still have to follow and go through this story. How ever your character almost gets tricked into doing this, so as a player for the first time you wouldn't be expecting to go here.
Plot ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --Ok your character is on the way to somewhere ( not exactly sure where I'm going to place it, but...) to do something, The road to that place is blocked by something, so you have to detour through a forest, nothing big when you look at it, but still...Anyways, one of your team members says there is an opening in the forest that has a path to the place you were going, so you take that route. But when you enter the forest, your team and you get seperated for some reason, and cannot find them. Thats where the fun begins...It turns out this route was a trap set by Dopple(main bad guy), and you get stuck there in yet another fight you didn't ask for.
Characters ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --Zarus- One of the Seven Skull knights, you don't get to fight all seven, it's more of a tital, to try and envoke a little fear, you do fight Zarus, a few times in this part. He's a little big, and powerful, so its going to be a good fight... --Izau- The god of light, This god, being the only one who could weaken Zarus's magics by shining light into his soul, was captured by Dopple and givin to Zarus in exchange for defeating you. --Alex Vesting- an elderly man, who wondered onto the land many years ago, being that he couldn't leave, he decided to open a small shop to help adventurers that mistakenly walk onto the property, usiong his Alchemist skills, he make potions and stuff with the wild growing herbs in the yard. He said that his brother when in to explore and never came out. --Richard Vesting- Alex's brother, and explorer who walked into the mansion to try and defeat Zarus. He was sadly killed in action. With him he carried a small book, in the book he wrote notes on all the mysteries of the mansion. That book is probably your only hope of leaving. --Nocturne- a lonly ninja that just pokes his head in this story and saves your a** in the final fight... Setting ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --A Forest covered in eternal night, and a large opening with a mansion in the middle. The land itself is cursed so that all who step foot on it, may not leave, and the grounds are covered with evil deaomns and undead creatures. Just know that Not all the creatures there are evil and hateful...unless you make them hate you.
Main story meat ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ --This part of the story opens up with you walking onto the property and seeing an elderly man, Alex, harvesting plants. HE informs you that you are now traped and tied to the land untill the curse is broken...thems tough nails...So he tells you that he opened a shop up to help people who wonder in. So now you have to go in the mansion. --Towards the top of the mansion is an astronomy room, with a medium sized machine on a rotating platform in this large dome shaped room. on the other side of the room as the entrance are the remains of what looks like a man. You search through his stuff to find a small book, upon reading it, you realize that isn't Alex's brother Richard. The book he wrote has a bunch of entries, but 6 of them are book marked. With this book, you learn everything you need to learn to solve the riddles.
Entry I - A great shining Bird -- "Down below the ground level, I saw a glorious bird. I waited for days but it never awoke. I could tell it was breathing so it cannot be dead. I did have a strange dream one of those nights though. I think this bird might be a traped god and needs my help to free it...but how?"
Entry II- Missing stars- -- " I seem to have stumbled upon a room dedicated to astronomy, a large machine in the center rotates to display starts according to the dates you put in...simply amaizing. It also seems to be sanctioned, evil cannot step foot here. But the thing I don't understand, some of these constilations are incomplete...I wonder why?"
Entry III- Magic Breaker Curse -- "After a few more days with the bird I finally got it to wake up, I was right about it being a god, Izau is her name, she is the god of light, She told me there is a curse on the land that stops her from using her powers to weaken Zarus, if only I could find a way to help her, then mabey I could stop Zarus and leave with my brother. I should go tell him about all of this...
Entry IV- Zarus -- "It seems to me that Zarus is the source for all this evil but he cannot seem to change anything physically about this world...Mabey he isn't completely powerful here...I bet Izau could weaken him greatly if she got free, I noticed that there are certain places in the mansion that are guarded more heavily, But I cannot find out why, there isn't anything too much in there at a first glance...Just some old works and a statue or two...Mabey I should take a better look at the statues..."
Entry V- Somthing a-miss -- "I have found something truly unique, A small white glowing ball, I'm not sure yet what it is used for, but Zarus seemed to take a large intrest in them, It might be wise not to let him get ahold of them...I found five of them, I'm not sure if there are more..."
Entry VI- Final notes --" I haven't much time left to live, Ive been stabed and I the wound is too deap for me to heal...I don't think I could make it back to the shack with my brother, so my hope is that I can finish writing this so that the next person who finds me here could succeed where I failed...I've hid the five stars somewhere Zarus wouldn't find them, I've drawn maps to their locations on previous pages, but they were torn out when I was attacked. I know not exactly how to solve the magic breakers curse, but I know it has to do with these little star shaped things, and this start room, but I know not what to do with them. Mabey if you look on those..."(he died)
After you read the journal, you should get the idea that you need to complete the incomplete constilatins in the star room, but the dates you enter to place the star have to be correct, if you couldn't guess the dates are written on the statues that Zarus is guarding well... Being that he isn't fully powered in this world, he cannot do anything to physically change it. So you get the dates you need, and place the stars in the room on their correct places, and the curse will be broken. you are still stuck because thats a different power keeping you there, but Izau will awaken and help you...be blasting large ammounts of light into the mansion and all over the cursed land, destroying all the small creatures, and greatly weakening Zarus...That works in theroy, however...when you are on your way to the last star...you meet up with Zarus, and have a minor brawl...the end result is that he basically b***h smacks you hard enough to know one of the stars out of your pack. *He picks it up and examines it* --"Ha ha ha ha...It's been a while sense I have seen one of these, I'm suprised to know they still exist... Well know you along with that little man outside will be stuck here forever..Ha ha ha ha!" *He crushes the star*
So now you are really in the pickle jar, you are one star lost, and now there is no way to complete the puzzle to break the curse, to let the god free, to weaken Zarus, to leave...unless you didn't foget about the Alchemist outside the mansion...When you go back to Alex... " I am far to out of practice, I'm not exactly sure if I could do this or not..." You tell him, that you found his brothers book and you give it to him... "...Thank you...I was afraid I would never find out what had happened to him...to know that his dying wish was to destroy Zarux, I will be of all the help I can, let me examin the star and I'll know what we need to make a new one..."
He give you a sort of shopping list, and when you bring him the items he makes you a new set of glowing stars to use...Then you take the stars and place them in the astronomy room. When the curse is broken the bird flys up and blasts light into the mansion, leaving only Zarus for you to defeat. Because you have no team, Alex decides to come with you to fight him. To be of help he quickly makes up a cart full of bombs and summons a Dark Titan Homunculous to fight too. Upon your entering the mansion, Zarus is seen fleeing to a large room where you fight him. When you enter the room, he summond Darkness to enshroud the room so there is little light. You can still see, it's just on like a demonic playing field...This fight with him you actually win...sort of...
The final battle ends like this, when his HP reaches zero, it cuts to a short cutscene... He falls to the ground, chouts "No!!" just like any other bad guy would when you defeat him. He jumps back up and picks up his sword and cuts at Alex, hitting him directly, Alex flys into a wall, the Dark Titan goes to make sure Alex is ok, while Zarus turns towards you and takes a stance like he is about to cut you in half...after alll thats alot of anger and rage traped in there...You, being still weak from the fight, cant really move...Just as he is about to attack you. a kunai with a light blast tag flys out at him, blasting his soul with light, he becomes stuned for a short time, Nocturne, the ninja that seems to always follow you, jumps from behind you and kicks Zarus's face upwards and stabs him in the gut, the only place where his armor over laped creating a small gap. Using the murasame, a sould hungry blade, he kills Zarus. Nocturne looks at oyu then leaves...not a very friendly guy, though he just saved your a**...
You turn to Alex who is bleeding in the corner of the room...
"Just leave me, I have done what I needed to do, I couldn't let my brother die alone or in vain. My purpose is done now."
a cutscene of his Homunculous dropping to it's knees and returning to dust slowly. The final scene ends with you standing in the forest, during the actuall night time, with two fires, giving a peaceful rest for Alex and his brother, for those who cant catch on, you're bruning their bodies... With that, your team finally catches up to you... You turn towards Chase...the guy who suggested taking the forest route...and punch him...
" What was that for?" " Lets just get out of this place..."

Sorry, but that last one was a bit long, I actually planned it for about a week or so...
The final piece is: Wind- this one is just a survival thing, a small temple in which there are a sequence of rooms where you fight mobs of all kinds, but mostly wind element, so earth spells would be helpfull here...just to let you know...this dungeon is pretty straight forward...its the least I could do after making you do all that other crap with puzzles and stuff...
This at the point in the story where I will mark A...its a time marker, meaning when you read the other stories, you will see this mark and understand that all three stories will match up here.
Ok so now you've gathered the five parts to the weapon and you plan on meeting up with the guy from the neutral side to use the weapon, so you go into a fight with Dopple, pull your weapon, but the evil side of the story takes it a breaks it, if you havent already done so...so at this point you don't get to use it, now you must find a different way to kill him...This is where he runs again and continues to raise his army...
[After this point the story splits up into four parts, so I will post the other two sides of the story before I start that]

ok The neutral part of the story it basically a shadow to the other two, but this group figures that, they live on the world that the bad guy threatens to kill, so they want to get rid of him, because he is going to hurt them...general evil that has nothing to do with them...they couldn't care any less...mabey a purse stealer that happenes to run to them...they would kill him and move on...very good in an evil way...so like...they do good, but planting seeds in both the good side and evil side to help and hurt both so neither gets too powerful or too sucky...
