Which one of the boys (refering to Sasuke and Naruto, of course) is older?
Who do you think and why?

My personal opinion; it would have to be Naruto. He failed the final examination twice, so wouldn't that be the equivalent to being like, held back? He would have to be older.
Anyone else?

Sasuke is older.
My point being is the following-
Naruto and Sasuke are both 12 in the beginning of the series, yes?
Well Naruto's birthday is October 10th whereas Sasuke's is July 23rd.
Thus concluding that Sasuke is older, he was born first.
As for the Naruto failing the exam twice... well he might have entered the academy at an earlier age... after all he is an orphan and had big dreams of becoming Hokage, so he might have just wanted to start early.

LOL well I am glad... although after posting that I started wondering if there was some way Naruto really could be older... Which I guess he could be if you considered that between July and October they would both be the same age... it could work... but I doubt that would be the case.

Because during the Chuunin exams, Sasuke turned 13 and Naruto was still 12 according to the books.
.... I think. My mind might be filling in details that aren't really there.

Sasuke is.They are both 12 in the anime that they show on cartoon net work.Sasuke's b-day is July 23th and Naruto's is Oct. 10th.Sasuke is older.

Sasuke is the 23rd of July and Naruto's is the 10th of October. Remember Sasuke was a member of a ninja family so he learned the ninja secrets from them.

I totally agree with all of u, and i liked ur question even though i did know the answer, that Sasuke is older, by the birthday thing and the fact too that Sasuke is taller then Naruto is too that would also make Sasuke look older.
