Things have.... Well... Ever since AT's came out, gangs and criminal activity have become more outrageous and more of a problem for everyone; causing property damage, public injuries, and often deaths of, not only riders, but the innocent that actually "walk" in this world. Higashi city just isn't the way it was before anymore; everything has become... a battlefield.

The deadliest of stormriders that ride the night possess, not only Roads and Regalias, but deadily weapons too. They refer to themselves as many different things, but the police department of Higashi, Japan have named them A.O.N's. (Assassins of the Night). The government has requested for hundreds of citizens --riders-- to come and join the fight to put an end to these deadily riders.

Though the battle may have been a long fight between P.O.N(Protectors Of the Night) and A.O.N's, many other sides have risen up as well. The police have to deal with a whole new group of people: Rebel Riders. While the government are trying to enforce laws on safety for riders, these rebellious stormriders have decided to stand in the way and open up the skies.

Conflicts may rise, many will fall, but the battle will continue...
Question is... whose side are you on?

Birds Of Prey

Vultures - A.O.N's
AON - Assassins of the Night; also known as Vultures. AON's are a multifacete and deadly grouip. They are skilled in information control, blackmail, espionage, and assination. They boast a potent military force and employ-overtly and covertly-numerous riders in a whide vareity of roles. Their reason is unknown for why they kill, som esay it might as well be for pleasure. Who knows... Surely, these are the enemy to all. So, BEWARE!

Owls - P.O.N's
Stormriders who do nothing else but ride to protect the streets from people who abuse A.T.'s. Owls know nothing of what it means to fly in the sky, they are only concerned about the safety of AT's being used and will ride to protect the streets from A.T. abusers. Since they are paid well to work during the night they have no problem in sustaining a life during the day. (Fourty dollars an hour.) When it comes to fighting, they have the ability to summon any type of force from department of Japan. Their main enemies are AON's, yet they have some trouble doing their work when Rebel Riders stand in the way.

Hawks - Rebel Riders
Rebel riders are constantly fighting to provide an open sky for all stormriders. They'll fight for the skies with words first, but if you aren't persuaded they'll use anything to get their point across. Their main enemies are PON's, only because they are the ones that fight alongside with the people that are trying to restrict the skies. They will fight AON's if they ever appear, especially since they are the reason why the government has thrown down so many laws.

Falcons - Mystery Riders
It's unsure why these rider's actually ride. It's definately unsure who they may even be working for too because they often come up to be mercenaries. Their strength is almost uncomparable and their enemies or allies are still mysterious.

Osprey - Sky Seekers
These riders are often excluded from the main story, simply because they don't want to get involved. All they are really concerned about is finding their way to the skies or their way to freedom. Whenever a problem occurs, whether it's between Hawks, Vultures, or Owls, they tend to stay neutral. They are usually the weakest when it comes to fighting.
