Okay, if you saw the post-credits scene where the staticy report yells
"It's STILL alive!" In reverse
Now, do you think that they'll make a sequel? And would they make it the same style and do u think it'll be as good.

I have a few questions. Or.. Maybe just one question. Did the other woman's helicopter make it? If the tape is being reviewed by us, did they kill the beast? Did it run away? Is Manhattan done for as we know it?
As far as I'm concerned, something I forgot to state that this movie has made me think more about First-Person.. Life. I'm looking up and out a lot more.

YEAH! I heard people were getting motion-sickness just from watching it.
And, yeah, everyone but Lily is dead.
And, yeah, the place was bombed to kingdom come. Maybe a Nuke? Maybe an MoB? Who knows...? Well, other then those who made it.
From the look of things over at cloverfieldnews.com it seems that the "party" is tonight (because its March 22 in cloverfield world), because Jamie is going to the party now.
And Tagruato.jp and TIDOwave are both shut down suddenly...
SO! Maybe tomorrow will get all the juicy bits and pieces of info and such?

What I wanna know is how Rob's real life party in NYC went. I didn't know about the contest in time to sign up, but I'd love to read about it somewhere and see if they did any fun interesting gimmicky stuff there =D

Well I don't think Lily's helecoptor made it. I saw something that looked like a helecoptor fly down to the ground from the monster as it was thrashing about. Also if u saw after the credits you hear someone shout
"It's STILL Alive!"
In reverse...

Nevets_X Well I don't think Lily's helecoptor made it. I saw something that looked like a helecoptor fly down to the ground from the monster as it was thrashing about. O,o How'd you figure that out? o.O I saw it all the way through to the end too but all that sounded like to me was a bunch of static and jibba jabbah @_@

I thought the movie was incredible, and extremely amazing! I think if they do a sequel, which they should, they might do it from a more stable mount, maybe the characters will be a news crew or something covering a second attack, that way you'd still have the camera's eye view from the news camera, but a little more proffessional so the camera's not as wobbly.

I believe they will do a sequel, or have plans to do one. I say have plans because, people may ruin it by downplaying the original movie just because they didn't get the answers they wanted.
I mean, c'mon folks, if you found out EVERYTHING there is to know about the monster, where it came from, and why was it tearing through the city, would you want there to be another movie?
I think that the sequel will take place from the military perspective because it seems that they are the ones that found the camera in the first place. They probably killed the beast and started the clean-up and uncovered that and reviewed it. Who knows? But its a good thought.

It was weird, the first time I heard the sound clip, I clearly heard it say "It's still alive."
But then the second time I heard it, I heard it say "Help us."
Maybe since I hadn't really researched anything on the movie the first time I saw it, I was able to feel the backwards message. *has read a lot about the analysis of backwards speech*

Alright, to me this doesn't sound like he is saying "Help Us". It just sounds like he's saying, "It's Still Alive" or "evilA llitS s'tI".
But I can see how it would sound like that given the speed of which he said it.
