2.(this is a maybe I guess) make a single thread for hangout & chitchat, art, pyp, special events (holidays & links to hang out threads in event forums on said holidays) I jsut like that layout better & less clutter u no

My views on this//hurdles I see are as follows:
1. Finding said people that will check/post every day.
2. My only worry is that then the forum will seem empty of threads... I'm not sure though, I don't have much guild experience. u.u

4. Agreed.
But not too much pr0n or ಠ_ಠ will be B&.

Weed out 100% innactive members- 0 posts. They never took the time so why should we take our time to remind them that they joined? Also weed out people who have left gaia and crap, which are a lot of the same people. And remind people who used to post, cause they have potential I guess.
