for now, i didn't make with voice and sound effect yet, but i know which ones to use. for voice i like the vocaloid and for sound effect i just use the rpgmaker's.
vocaloid is actually a program to make music. but you can use it to talk too. the one prob is that it talks in japanese, but you can type english in too but just that it will using the jap pronounciation. (none really a prob for me since i like more this style and we can put sub anyways)
the vocaloid have only few character but you can change their voice, but i am still trying to learn how to use it.

Do you know of any free ones that I can downalod off the net
(I finally got my laptop! Yes! But one downside. It has no mouse! Argh! I'm using the itty little touch pad on the deck of the laptop)
