As much as we love our little Naked Daemon Running across the Screen of Opera-Populairs Home-page, I Decree an Art Contest!
The Contest Rules:
exclaim Phantom Based Piece
exclaim The Winner's Banner will be posted as the Opera Populaire Banner
exclaim All Runners up will Receive 1K, 500, then 100 gold. 1K along with the Banner Display goes to the 1st place winner
exclaim Must be in a BANNER FORMAT!
150 height
400 width
exclaim No HENTAI! No YAOI! nothing byond PG-13
exclaim Do not take other peoples work, I want no art-thefts in this contest

I WANT to enter... but I suck too much at graphics. *Shrug* I would certainly like the cash though.. ONLY 3K TO GO! If I do get enough courage to try, I'll just edit this post.. and the deadline is Oct. 1st.
