You take the bold word from the post above you, and make an acronym of it.
For example, if someone made "Idle" bold, I would write:
Idiotic
Dimwits
Linger
Endlessly
Since the bold word is "Idiotic", the next person would have to make an acronym with those words. You can make any of the words you like bold.
