Natalie took a deep breath and looked toward both her companions one to the right of her one to the left. Natalie had set up rises on both sides of the trampoline for her two companions. In each hand she held a baton. Both of her companions gave her a nod they were ready for her to start her routine.
Bending her knees she leapt from the surface of the trampoline only to land again quickly but leap higher and higher as the process repeated until she thought she was high enough. Natalie signaled to Keid and Beid "Now!!" she called just before starting her practice routine.
Keid and Beid leapt off their respective Risers and leapt straight toward the other narrowly missing each other and landing on the opposite riser then leaping down and beginning the routine Natalie had practiced with them first.
With Baton's in hand she began a series of flips and twists in the air. Flying backward in one spot she did a summersault and pretended to be grabbing her tail as to make the ball tighter. Her ears were pinned to the back of her head as she fell back on to the trampoline to leap and flip again this time foreword with her arms crossed against her chest she spun as a ball and continued to fall this time not breaking her ball to land. She peaked from her ball and noticed she was heading face foreword and stretched out her hands and used them to propel her back into the air.
The two wolves continued dancing around the trampoline in a circle leaping and growling, pretending to fight around and around while above Natalie was flying above. Keid spun in a smaller circle trying to catch her tail while continuing her round about the tramp. Beid met her and Keid snapped from catching her tail to a leaping attack at him. Missing of course as Beid acted back and circled. They pretended to be growling and snarling and then continued their dancing until Natalie called.
"Again!" came her voice and the two wolves leapt back onto their risers. When the wolves were ready they were standing in what seemed to be noble positions for wolves waiting for Natalie to bounce.
Natalie landed on the flat of the trampoline bending her knees then releasing Natalie let go of the batons when she was high enough and let them fall with her as she spun downwards. Keid and Beid leapt once more aiming for the batons and trusting that Natalie would be out of the way. Keid and Beid Successfully snatched the batons in their jaws but Natalie was to slow in her spin that her hand was in the way of his jaws as well. Natalie pulled her hand away and winced in pain landing on her rear on the tramp fabric.
“Owww, shoot.” She muttered sitting on the tramp now that she had stopped bouncing, “I’ll do better next time,” she promised her wolven friends. Natalie was breathing and sweating heavily it wasn't enough she was tired not much but tired enough. Shoot, she needed to build more endurance she would have to go jogging again after this. It wasn’t their fault she got hurt and she was used to getting bitten a lot by mistake. “I’ll be right back I just need to get the first aid kit.”
Keid jumped down from the riser she was standing on and whinnied with her ears down “You sure your ok?” she asked
Natalie smiled “Yep right as Rain guys.”
Beid tasted her blood in his mouth and looked at her apologetically. He too jumped from his perch and landed on the ground with a ‘thump’ He was concerned about her wound he had caused. Although he was glad she didn’t think too much of it. “I’m glad you are ok.” He said
Keid scolded him to be more careful. Beid gave a whine in response
Natalie smiled again “I told you I’m fine” she said finding the kit she had nearby just for an emergency like this… even if it wasn’t all that serious. She bandaged her hand and went back to her wolves. “Good job guys!” she gave them both a big hug. “You two did better than I did.” She said trying to cheer them up. “I messed up on a few of my flips too and timing, I’ll do better,” she said then looked back at the tramp and retrieved the batons “Lets to it again!” she said breathing becoming more even.
Her wolves gave simultaneous barks. "Yes!" they said.
