Conjugating Verbs:

A verb is always saying To Something.
The goal is to be able to say who is doing what.

Example: Hablar = To Speak

First, we drop the ar at the end so we just have Halb-
We then add the correct ending for who is speaking.

Regular AR verb endings:
Yo: o
Tú: as
Él/Ella/Usted: a
Nosotros: amos
Vosotros: aís (Spain only)
Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes: an

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Example:
Yo Hablo - I speak
Tú Hablas - You Speak
Él Habla - He Speaks
Ella Habla - She speaks
Usted Habla - You Speak (formal)
Nosotros Hablamos - We Speak
Vosotros Hablaís - Y'all Speak
Ellos/Ellas Hablan - They Speak
Ustedes - They Speak (formal)

Comer ends with ER, and will have different endings for conjegating.

Comer = To Eat

We will drop the er of comer and add one of the following to specify who is eating.

Regular ER verb endings:
Yo: o
Tú: es
Él/Ella/Usted: e
Nosotros: emos
Vosotros: eís
Ellos/Ellas/Ustedes: en

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Example:
Yo Como - I eat
Tú Comes - You Eat
Ella Come - She Eats
Él Come - He Eats
Usted Come - You Eat (formal)
Nosotros Comemos - We Eat
Vosotros Comeís - Y'all Eat
Ellos/Ellas Comen - They Eat
Ustedes - They Eat (formal)

Ooh, may I go on with the -ir verbs? biggrin
Let's take vivir (to live) as an example.

Yo vivo
Tú vives
Él / Ella / Usted vive
Nosotros vivimos
Vosotros vivís
Ellos / Ellas / Ustedes viven

By the way, when speaking Spanish, you mostly don't add the personal pronouns, you just say "Vivo en Alemania". If you want to especially bring out who's doing it or if it isn't clear you add it, like "Ana y Juan son amigos. Ella vive en Barcelona y él vive en Madrid."

And there's a little mistake in Kaolla's posts.
The accentthingies on the vosotros-endings are on the a and the e (-áis and -éis)

And that's how you do it with the regular verbs^^
