So, has anyone here read Stephanie Meyer's book 'Twilight'?
If you have read, what did you think about it?

I love the Twilight series...!!! It's soooo amazing.
Those that haven't read it MUST READ IT! *commands the guild* As your captain...Reading Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse are MANDATORY! Sooo, you'd better get started!!!

SQUEE!! THEY ALMOST HAVE ALL THE CHARACTERS PICKED FOR THE MOVIE!! XD TIS GONNA BE GREAT!! *mummbles* hopefully....ANYWAYS!!!
They still havent found someone for Jacob yet...=[[ but that means that they are taking their sweet old time to find the PERFECT Jacob. XD
So far they found people for Carlisle, Esme, Emmett, Rosalie, Jasper, Alice, Edward, Bella, James, Laurent, Victoria, Eric Yorkie, Jessica Stanley, and Mike Newton...they have someone else but they dont know who he will be playing yet...they said prolly Charlie XD!!
I LOVE THOSE BOOKS!!! IVE READ THEM SO MANY TIMES!!! I LOST COUNT AFTER THE 15th TIME!!! EACH 15 TIMES!! *looks down embarressed* they are addicting...BUT THEY ARE GOOD ADDICTOINS!! SO GO READ THEM!!! YOU WONT BE SORRY!!!

I've read about half way through the first book so far, and then I had to give the book back to the library. I went back the other week to get it again, and they now say they've never had any of the Twilight books. :S
I'm gonna get them one way or the other.

Unfortunately, I found them to be way to slow for my taste. I mean, yeah sure, need time to introduce characters and develop story, but Jesus Christ, I felt as though I had grown a beard in the time it seemed to take. In other words, I'm not fond of the author's style.
I personally thought that Thus Spoke Zarathustra was more amusing.

I just fineshed reading Twilight and i honestly loved it. I had kept sayingfor the longest time that i wasnt going to read it cause i heard it included 'shiney vampires' and i was ....no not doing it.
but one of my friends kept telling me about it and i HAD to read it. we also had a chance to watch it bt i said no b/c i wont watch a movie if im reading the book until im don with it. BUT now i have no chance to watch it unless i go to the 2dolla theatre... which may now be a plan for next weekend...
