For as long as I can remember we had at least one God's Eye on the Christmas tree. I think I made one in elementary school and since it came home close to Christmas it went on the tree.
Years ago now, my mom lost most of her Christmas decorations. They were in two boxes and one box went missing when she moved to Arizona.
I saved up popsicle sticks over the summer and random bits of yarn from my projects all year and made a few for my mom's Christmas tree.

It's a great way to keep those popsicle sticks out of the landfills and it's something creative to do with the bits of yarn that are too small to make anything else with.

I remember those! I always loved making them. In fact, mom would get annoyed with me since I would make so many. I think I had enough to make a mobile at one time.
