It works like this....
I wish for something, then you grant the wish, but screw it up somehow.
For example:
Me: I wish I had some pepsi.
You: Granted, but the pepsi is full of poisonous spiders.
Then you say what you wish for.

and granted you have a brand new built house that you've been given in a sweepstake... but... there was a leaking gas line and blew up when you recieved it on national tv
