His name is Henry and he loves to watch Rufus. I don't leave Rufus on that stool. I was cleaning his house out and he was in his temporary housing while the water temperature leveled out. Henry found him very interesting to watch.

I just don't seem to be able to get a good picture of Rufus that brings out the beautiful red in his coloration.

I found Rufus a new home at the store the other day. He seems to be adjusting to it just fine. The plant is now in a separate compartment in the middle of the vase and Rufus swims around the other space around it. I wonder if fish can get dizzy?

I was moving Bubbles from the "Kitty" bowl to his normal tank, and his right fin & gill got caught on the edge of the net, he's a little sore. I feel so bad!

Lulz. I have that same one-gallon bowl. It's a pretty common fishbowl.

I had Valentino, the blue guy in it for a week or two when I was struggling to keep a small goldfish in the 2.5 gallon tank alive. I killed two, so I decided to stop. sad

But hey, if the betta bug gives a sudden n**, at least I have a place for a new fish if I ever need it, right?

Rufus's vase-thing makes me sad. It's so small. =( Betta should as least have 1 gallon of space. He's swimming in circles because he's bored and has nowhere else to go.

Oh, and for Bubbles, I suggest using a cup to scoop him up with as opposed to a net. As you see, they can get caught in the net. =(

The plant's name is Henry. I only felt like naming it because it left a strong impression on me, this plant grew from just a bulb to full size in like a week and I constantly have to prune it, its so thick! I've never had these kind of plants do that before rofl I swear, I can come back in a few hours and a stem might be an inch longer.
