Well your captain has suffered a massive heart breaking blow this week. My boy friend of five years and that I was going to marry broke up with me. My spirit is crushed and I'm findind it hard to find a reason to smile again. I'm so lonely nad lost right now.

i know what you're going through (not to that extremity of course). my girlfriend of 3 years moved away out of the blue. she moved 14 hours away and i'll probably never see her again. when she left, i thought i'd never love again. but the very same thing that kills your heart can also heal it. trust me, i know it feels like it'll never get better, but eventually, it will. until then, just hang in there and try to smile now and again, it helps sometimes.
