This is our new Q and A thread. You can ask us anything and everything to do with the guild, from clarification of little details to serious issues.
The crew will answer you in your very post, in the following colors:
Hollywood Freak Sarah Kirk Nathanael Nevermore Mylian
The only thing that we ask is that you don't use this thread to complain (Go to feedback and ideas for this) or to ask rhetorical questions.

Ok, so whats the deal on were-curses? Is their any boundary, or...?
Only recently do have we decided to accept werewolves in to the guild as an arcane gift. These characters must be played very skillfully as to not cross over to the realm of the cheesy. Also they must stay within the limits of the class lore. Also within the limits of the allowed power * strength* in Crosshaven. If at any time you have a doubt if an ability within your race is too strong feel free to contact one of the officers. heart
You must also realize that your were-curse will be your ability, you will not be able to have any other arcane gifts added on. So your strength would come to you when you are in the form of your were-creature. Thank you for asking this question seeing as you are our first werewolf that we have allowed to join Crosshaven!
I'm actually excited to see a shifter in the guild. As for boundaries? The sky is the limit. We're just trying to avoid cliches and cheese. For example, we don't want Alucard the beautiful and tragic vampire or a shifter character with an incredible suite of powers. So don't worry, if your character was accepted, that means we think you are mature enough to play a shifter without doing annoying things like I just mentioned.

Another question from me! Ok, so if a character gets in a fight with some one else, how would you go about it?
Good question. I'm not sure if we're still using the d4 system we had last roleplaying session. It was based around the original intent of this being a Towns-based RP, back when Towns still had a four sided spinner emote. I suppose until we get this cleared up, you can use the old system. To perform a disputable action, roll a d4 or post a number from 1-4. 1 is a failure, 2 is barely successful, 3 is a satisfactory success, and 4 is a strong success. In a fight, both people roll. One to attack and the other to counter, block, or dodge.

I'm not sure on how to make the post in which my character enters Crosshaven, I read the post in the RP forum about the second age, which made me even more unsure about how to make it, can anybody help?
The Governor's office is always a god place to start. Is where most people have started out and is good for light to medium introductions and referrals in character of where to go next. If your character is more of a villain or darker character the Shadow Lounge would be the dark equivalent to the governor's office. 3nodding

Ok so I have just been accepted and well i kinda forgot my characters name, story, the whole nine yards so if u could please resend me my join message id be very gratefull...i forgot to save it to my computer for reference... ¬_¬ ...please forgive me for my negligence!
EDIT:...Still waiting for a reply...is anyone here?
Sorry, but the system doesn't save these things. Once your application is approved, everything you submitted in the form just disappears.
Well Crap...is it ok to make a new Char then? I think I remember the ability my other one did...
Sure, re do your character and PM the information to either myself of another of the crew members.
OKIES THEN WILL DO!

Here's a question for y'all. What happpened here, there's been no movment in 3 years, no stir no poke. Did something happen that I wasn't aware of other than the place crumbling to rack and ruin?
