Okay the next person to call me anti woman do to my religious , political or social beliefs may be injured.

Seriously I am sick of being called anti woman for being pro-life. Wile I believe an unborn baby has just as much right to live as the woman who’s body he is growing in, I also believe he has just as much right to live as the father. In fact the child has even more of a right to live then either the mother or the father due to the fact that the child did not have any say in the action that created him. Also being that an unborn child does not have the same faculty of reason that a woman or man , or even that a young girl or boy do he could not have sinned. By sin I mean do evil.

As for abortion in the case of rape victims my stance is the same. Abortion is wrong in all cases. The reason for this is that the unborn child is as a guiltless and as human no matter the nature of his mother pregnancy. The unborn child was not the cause of the woman’s rape.

Also the rape argument that the pro-choicers make is in fact sexist. Allow me to elaborate. Were it the woman who raped the man(which despite what some people say can happen although it happens less often from what I here) the pro-choicers would be up in arms if the man demanded the unborn child to be aborted against the woman’s will. Think about this and use it the next time the rape card is thrown at you like a ninja star.

So please tell me how holding women to the same moral responsibility that I would a woman is sexist. Seriously I wish to know the ill conceived , bastardized logic behind this accusation .

Wait, wait wait... You're pro-life but DON'T aim to subjugate women and enslave them into the kitchen? Come on, it's in our mission statement. Objectives-

-Protect the lives of all humans
-Protect the lives of the innocent
-Protect the lives of the vulnerable
-Hate women

Seriousness aside, abortion isn't about the woman and making her do things, from the pro-life stance. Our focus is on the fetus. It doesn't matter if the fetus is owned by a man or woman, but the fact that it is liable to be killed and does not exist in it's circumstance by any controlable forces of it's own. Choicers probably get confused by this idea since an overwhelming majority of feti are carried by women.

Believe me cooking can be fun and I like to feed my friends how ever I do many other things then cook. I read and write a lot and I watch a lot of movies.

I would like to know if my arguement stands up?

Rape is irrelevant. It is one of several logical fallacies, depending on the context of the argument- either Red Herring or Strawman, or perhaps Ad Hominem if they use it to make you look bad.

Rape pregancies constitute such a tiny percentage of abortion, it is irrelevant to the discussion. Furthermore, we are most often speaking of NORMAL pregnancies, not rape-induced. To take our argument and twist it to talk about an unrelated argument is the logical fallacy of Red Herring, and to use our argument to pose a weaker false-argument based on the rape situation is the logical fallacy of Strawman.

Yes I know , how ever they use the rape argument a lot. There having a reply is helpful.

Anti- in the religious book of the Bible represents "in place of" rather than against.

You can't be "in place of" a woman if you are a woman. smile

Statically, wouldn't about half of all abortion victims be female? Is it not obvious that being anti-abortion implies being pro-female? Being anti-abortion is being against the murder of female babies. >.<

That is true. But the sex of the child does not matter. It is a person and that is why killing them is wrong.

Actually, statistically worldwide, more females are aborted than male, most likely, considering how rampant gender selection abortion is in other populous countries where you're encouraged (or even legally bound) to only have a certain number of children, with males being the more desirable option.

There's no way to know, because no one checks the gender unless they're aborting specifically for gender selection, but those countries have probably skewed it.

But yeah, anyway, anti-woman, pretend you're a duck and their comments are water. Let it slide off of you, because they won't drop it, and you'll only get angry. Calmly remind them that being different isn't a bad thing, holding a different set of beliefs isn't a bad thing, and they don't sound very rational when they resort to emotional appeals so could they please stop before they discredit the pro-choice movement?
