My drum major made everyone who wore sandals to band camp run 2 laps around the parking lot. These two guys ran the laps and then kept running until they got to their houses...they were gone for an hour before they decided to come back. XD The look on the drum major's face was worth it.
3nodding they are lucky. in my band if you wear sandals we duck tape them to your feet
blaugh (and im talking cover your feet with duck tape. not just making sure they stay on. you end up with duck tape shoes.)
at band camp this year, some lady that looked like a man came and tried to teach the whole band how to march wrong. and she tried to take over the drum line capitan's job by setting drum like for field show. she was trying to be the leader of the drum like cuz she knows how to play snare.
and she didn't even set the cymbals. were standing there like "... Yeah... where do we go?" she was a jerk. i'm glad shes gone. when our real coach came back we were all like "RED HAT ROB!!!! WE MISSED YOU!!!!!!" and gave him a huge group hug. (hes the coolest coach ever!)
