The Introductions If you're a new member, or even an old member that just noticed this sticky, here's the place to introduce yourself! You can say as much as you want, as little as you want, or nothing at all! But since I'm the creator of the guild, I'll start things off by introducing me! Ta-Da! *Ahem Ahem* I am HolyCrapLiz. If you can't guess my name from that, shame on you! ;P I have quite a sense of humor, as you can hopefully see so don't be afraid to joke around with me. I'm fairly new to knitting but user SouthOfNeptune has helped me learn from the beginning and she is currently forcing helping me learn how to knit my very first sock. If you have any knitting questions, she's the one to ask. =3 Seeing as how I have nothing else to talk about, I leave this to the next person to introduce themselves. Huzzah.

I love to knit, but i'm not that great. i'm knitting 2 scarves and a sweater right now. and i teach myself stitches and patterns. I use needles not the looms. unless i'm making a pillow case or something. My longest scarf is 10 feet long, yes feet. I also collect many kinds of yarns and needles. I haven't made anything professional like socks, or intense sweaters yet.

Hi, My names Josie and I'm a knit-a-holic. And by that I mean, I pump out scarves and iPod cases like no tomorrow. : ]
I'm a self proclaimed knitting fiend, I just learned to knit about 4 months ago. Give or take a month because I'm horrible with dates. I'm 19, tattooed, pierced, engaged(I have a HUGE rock : ] ), , a full time student and a smoker. : / I know, I know. LUNG CANCER. I love sharks, cupcakes, Sanrio, talking via AIM, messages.. well I just like talking : ] and welsh corgis. But anyways.
Today I started and finished my first roll up needle case. Complete with cupcakes, skulls, and ice cream and I'm currently working on how to make leaves for a pineapple iPod case. I cannot for the life of me make it work.
Feel free to add me on here or AIM, my screenie is jealous jose.

Hi to all from Gram of 3 (yep - you guessed it....I'm NOT 20 something). As a friend used to say that she was 34 and more. Anyhow, I've been knitting for 40 years altho I took a knitting vacation for quite a few years. I suppose my favorite thing to knit would be sweaters but the way it looked for the past Christmas you'd have said hats and scarves. It was during this knitting flurry that I discovered the new (to me) yarns that are available. I made a wrap with 12" fringes from a silk ribbon yarn and one that looked like small feathers (I held the two strands of yarn tog.) for my granddaughter (age 15). I also like to crochet but I'm not so great at it altho I've made several yarn rugs which are really nice. Sorry this is so long.

hihi, i'm Julianna, and i'm 13. i started knitting about 2 years ago, but i didn't really get into it until about a year ago; i've made a scarf, a blue hat with little puff balls on the end, and im currently working on a skirt. at least, i'm hoping it's going to be a skirt. it could turn into a pillowcase or somethin if it doesn't work out. it's got about 90 stiches and about 80 rows so far. i try to work on it every nite. i was searcing for something in a closet and found this huge box of yarn, so i was kind of mad, cuz i had been wasting my money on yarn for nothing.... smile so yeah... biggrin

Well, I'm Roxie and I am a knit/crochet addict.
I taught myself most of the stuff I know, so OBVIOUSLY I can't knit a sock (need someone to help me with that irl most likely)
BUT I AM attempting a sweater. PRAY FOR ME!! CROSS YOUR FINGERS TOO!!!!! =D
