The only bands of this type I've found are Rabbit Junk and Mindless Self Indulgence, and I love both. I know of Atari Teenage Riot and I should probably look them up.

So, who likes this kind of music? I'm also hoping for suggestions of good music in the genre.

I could give you a few real industrial recs, but I must say that 'industrial-punk', as a genre, doesn't... really... exist...

But, for industrial...

Throbbing Gristle, Coil, SPK, Whitehouse, etc.

I've got plenty of industrial already. Speaking of which I really need to listen to Jazz Funk Hits and Third And Final Report. They've been sitting on my documents for weeks now.

I found one called "ERROR" though all i've ever seen from them is an EP i found randomly at my local kick a** CD store... (i bought it because i liked the design on the CD itself... and turned out i loved the music itself) if you want I can ZIP ad send it to you, might be something you enjoy.

another one to check out is "left spine down" which is like.. part of front line assembly and a bunch of other guys and its kinda... punk rock DnB and it's pretty grungy. they have a fairly easily found myspace 3nodding

Left Spine Down is cool, thanks for the tip! I cant find ERROR on myspace though, too many bands. I'd love it if you sent it to me.

It better not have ended... I can upload the 5 song, 17 minute long sexcapade for you. It's hard to describe in genre terms, but it is highly electronic and it has punk influences.

It has Atticus (sp?) Ross (produced for NIN and others) and his brother, I think, and some other guy. They got the current vocalist from The Dillinger Escape Plan to do vocals. He does an amazing job, spastic as a mother ******** just like the music.

for Digital Hardcore, I'd suggest some:

The Shizit (JP Anderson's, of RJ, previous band, BEST Digital Hardcore EVER!)
DHC Meinhof
The Secret Life of Teenage Girls
Schizoid
Ec8or
Lolita Storm
Mad Capsule Markets (sometimes)

Overall, ATR is pretty meh. RJ's "Reframe" definitely strays, or at least, expands on the Digital Hardcore sound, as does TSLTG and Schizoid, who add metal elements, but their self titled is pretty standard, albeit high quality, DH muzak.

uh... for crazy Synth Punk that came out around the time Industrial was starting AND around Monte Cazazza:

Nervous Gender
The Screamers

Then there's Babyland, who are more modern, but have Industrial influences, and the band is only two guys doin keys, programming, vocals, and drums.
