This castle is home to Kagegakure's Koumori Clan. These shinobi are born with wings resembling those of a bat. These wings enable these ninja to fly and thusly make for countless airbourne Taijutsu styles. Though the members of this clan cannot see well, their hearing is beyond compare. On a quite night, they can practically hear grass growing on the other side of Shadow Country. Very rarely, a member of the clan is born with wings as red as blood. These special few are gifted with extraordinary physical strength. The abilities of these "Red Wings" surpass those of all others in the clan. This generation's "Red Wing" bat is Koumori Kaoru. The powers and shinobi of this clan rival those of Kage's Chikarasu Clan.
