I'm always short of cash since I'm dependent as of the moment on my parents. I want to cosplay as various Lolita using only my clothes i my closet. Will that be a good choice?

If you have a lot of black in your closet and perhaps a rectangular black headdress,you could go as Suigintou(rozen maiden)

You might be able to, but the best idea would be to learn how to sew your own clothes.
I'm currently taking lessons.
