The whole purpose of promoting members to mods is just that to have you as mods yet their are mods that don't post and their are mods that don't even follow their instructions or come to meetings after they achieve their rank. Their are even mods who stay off 3 days at a time and you know who you are. But I'm sorry to say that rank will be stripped off any and all as of today and foward on you could do the exact same thing as regular members Why be a mod if your not going to be dedicated to being here and doing your job? I'm around daily so it's no excuse if you have questions about the position you could pm me or ask one of the Vice Captains and they could help. Of course I reward my crew as they participate more but no one gets special treatment not even Knight or Kisara the same goes for every member of this crew as well If you can't be here to be a mod you will be demoted and stay a member and someone else will take the position. Keep in mind Members aren't excluded from this rule either. Knight has been sending out notes to inactive members so be sure to post if you recieve one

i was thinking:
- i think that, in order to keep frm evryone being a mod, we should hav a time requirement of 3-7 days of joining the guild b4 a member can become a mod
- also like u were doing b4, u should give them a challenge to prove themselves "worthy", or responsible enough for the job
- nd maybe about at least 50 posts
wat do u think? Thats exactly why your my sis yea we'll do that I noticed a lot of people were ranking up pretty fast I usually do it once some hits 30 posts but we'll boost it back to 50 and they'll have to be active for at least a week but who better than my lil sis to keep track of that Ok That way They'll be a lot more motivated in order to get their Wild Thing and What not we will also be giving out challenges for positions such as Link is doing right now But if You have any more thoughts on the subject, I like the way you think We'll post this in the promotions Thread a little later ......

Yea well Drags computer messed up so hes no longer with us at this time But we do have some Mods that are about to get demoted pretty soon and you know who you are if you haven't been posting or doing your job
