This is the Most Active Trainers List - Old & New (MATLON), where the old (March 07-two months ago) MAT's are Immortalized and The New are Honored. To be on the MAT list you must have posted at least 50 times or did training about 30 times. Of course you must be active in the guild during the two month period to receive the reward.
