In order to get this year going strong, the contest throughout this month will be a recruiting contest.
for your recruits to count, the following criteria will need to be met.
1) they must be active guild members (at least 10 non-spam posts before the end of this month)
2) they will need to mention that they were referred to the guild by you by posting such in this thread.
the winner will be the first person to gain 10 successful recruits, or whoever has the most (with a minimum of 5) before the end of this month.
the prize will be a January '08 letter.
