((Hey I just put this up to well have a back story to Kaila, and to explain why she is how she is....More will be revealed as the story goes on...>: D ))
Kaila sat against the wall, staring up at the roof of the room Maleficent had so graciously given her. As she went deep in thought, she began,for some reason,to recall things that happened back at the island. she closed her eyes as her mind traveled into some random memory.
She stood at the island, it was night time and Kairi stood alone watching the horizon crying. No Sora, no Riku anywhere in sight.
The memory switched suddenly, few days later....
Kaila stood in the cave staring at the door, the whispers had returned after the islands themselves had been restored along with everyone in it including herself.She happened to glance towards a rock near the door as the voices told her to do, jealousy and anger swelled within her as she saw the drawing. Something no one not even herself realized happened, her eye color changed to yellow.
She stared at the drawing of Sora and Kairi giving each other paopu fruits and she punched a rock hurting herself and ran out. The whispers gradually grew quieter and she begun hearing one voice more clearly than the rest.
Anther memory...Before the islands disappeared....
She sat on the dock crying since she lost a treasured doll of hers, a small white rabbit despite being a teen.She stared at her face in the water as she cried then suddenly she felt a tap on her shoulder and Sora handed over the doll. He smiled and shrugged as he spoke "I found it under one of the docks...Hehe my mom is gonna yell at me for being so full of sand!"
Kaila looked up at him all teary eyed and smiled, Sora then crossed his arms and tilted his head smirking "Its not good being sad and upset all the time..."
"Thanks, Sora..."
"Hehe, no problem!"
Memory switched once again...
She stood outside in the balcony of her room staring at the island, some dark cloud hung over the island they played on. She looked own and she saw Riku running out of the house, followed shortly by Kairi then later Sora. The dark cloud spread then everything went dark.
The voices again yet one stood out...A man's voice.
"Sleep to the melody of Darkness..."
"Submit to it..."
Kaila did as she was told since she somehow found it comforting...
The memory switched again...
Everyone had come home...She was overjoyed at seeing her brother again and Sora and Kairi as well. She ran up to her brother hugging him and attempting to tackle him to the ground like she did when they were younger but Riku had become stronger and managed to remain standing.
"....You still look the same bit something about you is different..."
Kaila opened her eyes to find Maleficent standing at the door watching patiently "Ready to go dear child? I have an errand for you at Radient Garden's town...."
Kaila stood and narrowed her eyes "Just hurry up and tell me what it is. I'm busy trying to come up with an idea."
Maleficent smiled and put a hand lightly on the girl's shoulder "There there,you leave that to me. I don't want you to be troubled or anything...It's the least I could do. After all you're helping me so its the obvious thing to do..."
She followed Kaila out of the room and smiled slyly chuckling to herself.....
