Maybe i should explain a little better what im doing. . .

Im taking the old Foreign affairs program NCS -which was a remake of an older program we had-- and Instead of making every guild have an ambassador, Im having a guild (the names along the lines of United Nations, or such) and That's were all the political guilds can collaborate.. .
