This deep crevice runs all the way around Hoshigakure. It is filled with a dense toxic gas that remains hovering in the divide. It is unknown what makes the gas or where it comes from, but it seems to by unlimited and never leaves the crevice. The gas is not flamable, thankfully for the peole of Hoshigakure. Buried deep within the crevice are artifacts from Hoshi's past, including a multitude of fallen meteors. Because of this, the village has launched an excavation effort to uncover Hoshigakure's heritage.
