i guess mine was more of a representation of me. mom always said "you might as well just have it surgically attached to your skull"... so why not? ( :
miss zii's pictures keep getting better and better.
had to vote her this round, again.
i had a REALLY rough time choosing between her and Aesthet!c X, once again. this was beautifully done.
all the pictures were awesome, though there was only one i was slightly disappointed in.
-cupcake injections-' idea was awesome, but the picture could have been done better, in my opinion. the only reason i was disappointed was because -cupcake injections-' pictures are usually my top picks.

Mizz Zii: Very cute and creative idea. I feel like it's a texting trajec love story (lol). I can feel the sadness on your last picture. However, on the first one, It just looks like your everyday scene kid myspace pose with a cell phone next to their face, I don't really feel the emotion in it.
-Cupcake Injections: Looks like you dropped your latest piece of technology into the fire. I'm not really sure what's going on here.
triple overdrive: I can feel the love you have for your tv. lol kinda made me giggle in a (I feel bad for this kid) kinda way. lol but that's good. ^_^ your face looks kinda bleh. Like just staring into the picture. I can see the connection between you and the tv body wise, but the face is telling me otherwise.
Aesthet!c X: Interesting. Very.....in...te..res...ting. ^_^ I like. Except, the angle is so... not my taste. The idea is original, but the angel isn't. The picture of the knife looks really hot, for a second I event though your hand was actually part of the picture on the computer. However, the picture of the knife would have been better if it was the whole screen, without the little side bar on it.
ps. I love the eye makeup.
THE HIV: WTH... lol the phone is stuck to your face? that looks so wierd, but so freaking awesome. I love it. Your expression seems pretty meh, and boring. but perhaps your like a robot from the future to has phones attached to their face. lol

i loved the HIV's idea, but i just think her facial expression is very similar in most of her pictures.
jenna's was good too i really like the idea smile lol jenna ily
and i love the angle it was taken at.
i dont understand cupcakes at all ahah
maybe the invention of fire? but i just dont like the picture either.
miss zii's was good, but it just didnt hit me
it was a really good idea and all, but it just didnt appeal to me very much.

Mizz Zii - I like the last two pictures. I agree with Rita about your first picture. Not so much the fact that it's "scene" but your expression doesn't seem so...loving?
Your facial expression the last picture is much stronger than in the first.
Otherwise I like the series of three and the idea is great.
Cupcake - The quality of the picture isn't very good and it took me awhile to figure out what exactly you were trying to get across.
Even though it doesn't have to do with "technology" it does have to do with times before technology, I'm assuming.
It's a creative idea but I don't think you portrayed it as good as you could have.
Triple Overdrive - I told you before I loved your picture.
You stuck with the theme very well and I love that you did it in black and white. ILU2. Haha.
The HIV - The idea is very very good.
The only thing bad I could say is that your expression is just....blah.
I agree with Triple on this one...It's an expression that I see in almost all of your pictures and is very repetitive.

I voted for Cupcake.
I understood it immediately and it gave me a chuckle.
But maybe that's because I mentioned something in the discussion thread about how technology goes back to cavemen.
[Fire was technology, too. It's not just phones and computers.]
The quality of the picture seemed to go along with the primitive theme, so I didn't mind it.
I liked Miss Zii's first two pictures, but the last one didn't look real to me.
I looked like "I'm pretending to be sad."
And I didn't really understand it anyway.
I didn't like Overdrive's at all.
It was just a bad picture to me.
Aesthetic's looked good, but I don't know what it's saying.
And it wasn't visually appealing enough for me even if I did.
HIV came in second for me this time, though I usually don't like hers.
The idea was great and it was portrayed rather well.
But the face looks exactly the same as always, and I only understood it after reading the title.

Mizz Zii: I liked the way you did it in a three part story way. :] Very cute and I don't know why, but I love the lighting in the photos. The only thing is in the first one, you could've been adoring your technology a little more.
-Cupcake Injections-: I'm sorry, but I really don't like this photo. :[ I know it's technology and all, but the entire thing just hits me wrong. It's a great photo, but the lighting and the lack of you annoys me. It's camwhore, not camfire, y'know? But I do love your creativity in this.
triple overdrive: Haha, do you have like, any blooper photos of you falling off maybe? xD I don't know how you can sit like that... must be a skinny guy thing. But I like the idea of being brainwashed by a tv and the brainwashed vacant stare- I just don't like the way it was portrayed. Good picture, though. Aesthet!c X: Lovely picture as always. I love the photo on the laptop and the way it seems you're caressing it. But I can't tell if you're all about the photo on the laptop or the laptop itself. But I love the angle and the one eye you can see. :] Very creative.
THE HIV: I love the surgical looking lines- very techno-like. :] And the phone being attached is the most original idea in the whole round. But why are most of your photos in the bathroom? And the only bad thing I can see is [as everyone says] expression. I have no idea what you're trying to convey facial wise.

actually, if you look on my myspace, just about ALL of my pictures have that same expression. not because i can't. just because i feel awkward.
i'm gap-toothed, and very self-conscious of it.
anyways, one step at a time.
there's the full-faced picture everyone wanted. haha.
and yeah, the picture's a little hard to understand minus a title. that's why i put it in. it's really hard because i put a lot of meaning into my pictures, and it's hard to display that without an explanation. hence the little paragraph-ish into i put in before the votes really started.

haha actually that picture only took 2 shots. i would have used the first one, but i was wearing a sweatshirt, and it just didnt look right, so i retook it without the sweatshirt i didnt fall off ahah and yeah, im ultra skinny lmao wow, i didnt notice that i was the only guy left eek eek eek eek ahahah well thanks for the feedback. smile @HIV: MY GAP IS WAY BIGGER sad ps- i love that pic you editted into your post A LOT aahhah- love the expression, love the pulling of the collar. very "back da ******** off, betch!" and i love it! smile

They're all really good! heart And I can't believe we only have five people left.
Miss Zii: I really like the story and the matching colours. But I wish the last picture was zoomed in the same amount as the first, just to balance it out.
-Cupcake Injections-: The huge fire and costume are good, but the blurriness and darkness of the photo really drags it down (I know that's not your fault, though). I also would have liked if there was more detail somewhere to make it more caveman-y.
triple overdrive: Awww, every TV needs a good hug. It looks to me like your TV is your best and only friend. Nice balancing skilz.
Aesthet!c X: I really dislike the angle. Your hand looks disconnected from your body and I would have liked to see more of your head. I do like how the idea and how it was being done, just not the positioning.
THE HIV: I got the concept without the title or any explanation. It was portrayed really well for me. However, I wish the setting was different.
