Back in the Lifestyle section is a very large Wicca-based thread. In the thread this awesome Christian by the name of Combat Chuckles asked us all a question. His question was "What offends you more, when people say 'Jesus loves you' or when people tell you 'You're going to hell'?"
Well of course, the majority of the people there said neither really bothered us or insulted us. It was more or less the fact that someone was in our face screaming at us, which is rude no matter what for. But that's beside the point.
Anyway, one of our beloved participants said that it didn't bother her at all when someone said "Jesus loves you" because she didn't really know anything about Jesus, so it was the equivalent of someone coming up to her and telling her "Chuck loves you!"
So was birthed "Chuck!" our beloved Mixitupism mascot (not our god, a mascot!)
We felt that all people should be more accepting of one another, understand one another and their beliefs, and not throw around insults or affect "holier than thou" attitudes. In the interests of togetherness and acknowledgement of our similarities, Mixitupism was born.
Mixitupism - it's all about the love!
