how does this work? Do we just say who we wanna be with?

I thought you should have some say, chihiro.
I say that the three highest ranked in the clan pick the jounin... and that we have to make sure that there are enough jounin so that everyone has three members to a team and no one gets left out...
if there has to be a team of one or four I say that that's okay, too...
and the chuunin and genin are decided by the jounin...
but I'm js.

ok. cool.
now all we have to do is wat for Kerin and Gaara and Yumi to okay their teams. other than that... I think we're good. except for one thing:
I have to make sure that all of the jounin are online relatively "often" or else the whole thing could totally fall apart. you seem reliable, so does Kerin, I don't know about gaara and Yumi, though. and as the ranking changes on the members list, we may have to move people around to be Chuunin, Jounin, or Genin, but other than that, this seems pretty organized.
