This is what one looks like.
It'll have your name, sprite, class and spaces for 5 stars.
"Stars are given to you and taken away by Crew. There will be meetings to discuss such matters. More than 3 Crew must agree to give or take away a star from a member. Objections will be noted."
Stars can be taken away for:
"Spamming and babbling in specific topics."
"Being rude or otherwise friendly."
"Politeness, participation, tolerance and overall friendliness will almost certainly result in stars!"

Your card starts like this:
Basic class, 1 star and with very little editing on the sprite.
"Collect stars by being fantastic and this'll happen..."
When you reach 5...
"You get promoted!"
Collect 5 more and...
"Another promotion!!"
You get promoted to Lord/Lady,are eligible to become Crew and I'll even design your card to be more flashy.
