I figured some of this out on my own.... Well, I think you can choose between Mario and Kirby at the beginning, correct? The guy in the video chose Kirby, but if you chose Mario....? I'll just put my current knowledge on the pairings. Kirby and Peach or Zelda
Wario and the princess you didnt saveMario and Pit Link and Yoshi Meta Knight and Ice Climbers Snake and Samus Fox and Diddy Kong DK and Diddy Kong If I forgot a pairing, tell me.

It makes me wonder why ICs And Meta Knight are working together. Wario and The princess you don't save don't appear woring together yet, so I wouldn't really count it as a pairing unless they blackmail her/turn her evil.
