Otay, this is how it works around here. There might be too many roleplays later on and some of them might die because of unactive roleplayers. I don't like people who made the roleplay and then die, which takes up too much space. So, the moderators, which will be listed below, will begin a clean up process once a month. You'll never know which day it will begin. So, whenever I feel like it, I will let the moderators know, and you guys of course, that the clean-up process will start. You don't know what it is? Well, basically, it's a process where the moderators, or me, start deleting dead roleplays. We either move them or delete them, you'll never know.

[The Deal]
So, here how it works. If you have a dead roleplay, but don't want it deleted, here is what you should do: post here with the name of the guild along with the link. We will check it out and lock it, so that we will know not to delete it. We will delete roleplays that isn't up to 25 posts or haven't been posted by someone else for a long time. If someone hasn't posted for a long time, bump the thread and then let us know not to delete the roleplay. After the clean-up process is done, we will unlock the threads that isn't deleted and you may continue to roleplay. It might take a while to clean up the subforum, so please be patient. If your roleplay is deleted, then you're going to have to create another one if you didn't want it to be deleted.
