Story so far: Rogues attacked Thunderclan and Shinekit (half-blind) came to the rescue of another kit (Silverkit) and held them off until a patrol shortly arrived. FlameStar (great-great-grandson of Fireheart) captured a Shadowclan apprentice (Shadepaw) who followed the Rouges to the border. Shinekit fatally wounded was rushed to medicine cat Teardrop. She knows he is fully blind but is reluctant to tell Silverkit (who loves Shinekit) the truth.

Teardrop lowered her head. "Yes. I couldn't save his eyesight. I hear he fought like a warrior, though." Her ears were pricked as though waiting for an answer.

Shinekit raised his head. "I'm fully blind? I'll never be an apprentice now..." he said sadly.

Flamestar brushed past the Shadowclan apprentice. He stood on highrock looking over the clan."Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath HighRock for a clan meeting." He waited for the clan to gather.

Shinekit rose angrily to his paws, not even noticing the gash in his side burning. "And who do you think would want a blind apprentice? Who cares about blind cats? Maybe I should go sit in the elders den now." He padded into the clearing and crouched beneath HighRock his tail lashing angrily.

Teardrop came around the corner with a ball of wet moss in her jaws. She dropped it as she saw that Shinekit was missing. "Where'd Shinekit go?"

FlameStar cleared his throat as the clan gathered beneath HighRock. "First, we have a Shadowclan apprentice as a prisoner. As you all know he was found in our territory when the rogues attacked. Now, I have a pair of kits that are now of age to become apprentices. Silverkit and Shinekit please step forward...." FlameStar searched the clearing for the two and spotted Shinekit's milky blue gaze staring up at him from under the crescent on his forhead.

FlameStar saw that Silverkit had entered the clearing and shook himself from the gaze of Shinekit. He barely noticed as Shinekit lowered his head in shame. "I say this before StarClan, these kits have been brave to help fight off the rogues. Liontail," Liontail stepped forward,"will you accept Shinekit as your apprentice?" Liontail nodded and touched noses with Shinekit as Shinekit akwardly licked Liontail's chest fur. "I'm hoping you will pass on all your skills, courage, bravery and sense of justice to this kit. Shinekit will now be known as Shinepaw. RunningBrook," RunningBrook stepped forward (MightyFire's charrie),"will you take Silverkit as your apprentice?" After she nodded and the ceremony complete FlameStar continued."I hope you will pass on all your determination and hunting skills on to this apprentice. Silverkit will now be known as Silverpaw."

"Silverpaw! Shinepaw! Silverpaw! Shinepaw!" the clan chanted the new apprentices names aloud.

Personality: He is mostly very pig-headed and loves to think he is the best of the best of everyone he. But deep down his the nicest little kitten you have ever known once he starts to think of you as a friend then he will show his soft personality.

Shadepaw looked at her. "Shadowclan is coming!" He seemed worried that his own clan was coming but the truth was he was really born is Windclan but when his mom died Shadowclan almost destroyed their home and took him with them to their Clan, but he didn't know that.
