Got a wonderful Christmas Eve gift about an hour ago. Had my dog put down. Friggen amazing, right?
He was old, he was sick, he needed it. Over 10 with a Sheltie is an amazing lifespan, and thats what my dog Seamus had, living to 12 and a half. Old man had his kidneys fail on him, and to avoid watching him waste away in agonizing torment while upchucking his very guts, we had him put down.
Ill miss my old puppy, and it isnt going to be the same coming home and not seeing a bundle of fluff bouncing around in the pen. Ive shed my tears, and I love the bugger to the ends of the world.

That's terrible. I remember when my gecko died (Suddenly, it sounds comical), and it was pretty sad. I send my condolences. Atleast he's not in agony anymore, right? It sucks that your dog died on christmas eve though.

Gerbos That's terrible. I remember when my gecko died (Suddenly, it sounds comical), and it was pretty sad. I send my condolences. Atleast he's not in agony anymore, right? It sucks that your dog died on christmas eve though. Ya, its tough not having him around already, but hes at peace now. He is buried behind my basketball hoop where nothing bad can happen to the ground or anything. Its all good. And thanks, Ger.
