CYBERPUNK DICE RPG

Story: In an alternate universe overrun with oppression, drugs, technology, and Mega Corporations, there live those with the means to rise against the system. The setting is "Death City," an urban environment full for miles and miles of concrete and asphalt. The characters take the roles of citizens of the city, with objectives that they will have to choose themselves. Somewhere down the line, they'll have to decide either to topple an evil Mega Corporation, take down oppressive authorities, or numerous other possibilities they can choose.

Game Rules: I will be posting as the GM, but the rest of the posters must choose a character to play. They will fill up the following character sheet with the 20 allotted points:

Vitality: (Basically health)
Strength: (Contributes to physical tasks--mostly fighting.)
Dexterity: (Mostly acts as a miscellaneous modifier, used a lot for tasks that would normally require training--such as firing a weapon, driving a vehicle, etc.)
Intelligence: (Is used mostly for casting and skills.)

The rest of the character sheet consists of the following:

Name: (Name.)
Appearance: (Picture or short description)
Class: (Caster/Fighter)
Inventory: (To be determined. You can buy things at the "Misc Shop" as soon as you begin.)
Len: (Money. Everyone starts with 30¥ .)

Abilities: (Everyone gets to start with one ability they choose.)

In combat, characters roll 1d20+STR to attack (or in some cases, such as magic, 1d20+INT. Guns usually require 1d20+DEX). If it is over the opponents' defense value, a successful attack is landed. The base defense value for players is 12, though enemies may vary. However, base defense may be added to when levels are gained, or by wearing armor. After a successful attack, the damage is determined by a weapon used, and then that much damage is subtracted from Vitality. Whoever reaches Vitality 0 or lower loses.

So, complete your character sheet, and then post. Everyone starts in the city square. If you're still confused, just role play as you normally would, but I'll tell you when to roll dice. Have fun.

Ha, yeah, you too. I'm on Christmas break, so I'm gonna do some guild maintenance and then hopefully find someone to run things while I'm gone. Also, I'm sorry this thread is moving kind of slow, I've had a lot of things to do lately. Also, I'm gonna RP with my NPC.
