This is out of date. I need to update it. It will be updated soon. Thanks.
Okay, it's time to get discussion rolling up in here. As all of you that I know in real life know, the one thing I really have down right now is offensive telepathy. Since I've learned so much by experimenting on you guys as guinea pigs, I'm going to document how to perform these things to the best of my ability.
~Prologue~ I would like to start by saying that much of this is very hard to describe how to do. You'll have to really experiment and practice to fully understand what I'm talking about. This can be fun, but it CAN do harm to people. Be careful how you use it.
~Telepathy basics~ Clear your mind To do this you may want to meditate about 30 minutes a day, or when you get time. When you meditate try to stop all thought. When you get really good you should be able to block thought out of your head at will, almost like a shield is up keeping your mind clear.
The ping The ping is the most basic telepathy exercise. It's basically a psychic nudge. It affects different people differently. People have reported shooting pains, warmth, or just a whizzing feeling when I've done it. To do this, first focus on the person you're doing it to. Keep in mind, with telepathy distance doesn't matter. They could be across the planet or right next to you. I've only tried this on people I know fairly well, so I can't guarantee accurate results on strangers. Think of the person's voice and face. Almost try to think inside of their mind instead of your own. Send signals in short bursts into their mind. For example, I pinged my mom and just repeated, "Mom. Mom. Mom." Keep practicing and ask the person what they feel.
Linking If you really want to do this, you may want to link to the other person's mind. I visualize a psychic rope coming from both me and the other person and snap them together. You'll know when you get it. From here you can perform more techniques.
~The skills~ These are the things I've been able to do, but practice on your own. These are merely guidelines.
The headache Migraine buzz I really wish I could come up with a better name for this, but I can't. As with all techniques, make sure to exercise self control. Start by linking, then send your opponent a long ping. Let your own mind buzz and feel the rage build up inside of them. Focus anger and fury into them, and you should feel your mind buzz more. The reaction has been delayed in my opponent in some cases, but I have been able to cause pretty severe headaches. They will likely clear as soon as you stop focusing, but in one case my opponent had to take pain pills.
Confusion This move is rather effective, though, like the next technique, I have only tested it on one person to avoid wiping important memories due to my lack of experience. You should link to your opponent, and start the same way as the headache. When your mind begins to buzz, start making your opponent's brain buzz too. Speed up the buzzing in their mind, then just scramble their thoughts. They will likely completely lose their train of thought.
Memory wipe USE WITH CAUTION. I would recommend not messing with this much, unless you really must. Determine what part of your opponent's memory you want gone, after linking of course. Visualize it strongly and see it fading away. Then visualize it exploding, or just evaporating. The larger and more complex the thought the tougher it will be to wipe. I was able to make someone forget my name rather easily.
Psi-grapple I know, I actually got a cool name for this. Link and then visualize the essence of your opponent in front of yours in a dark area. Use yours to grab theirs, and toss them down. Stomp them, punch them, whatever you want. This can be quite painful, so don't play with it leisurely.
Hypnosis I haven't played with this too much, but it seems to work to an extent. Link up and visualize yourself as your opponent. This one's hard to explain, but visualize what it feels like to do the action you want them to perform. Think of every aspect of it. You can even visualize them, as say, a monkey. Really think like a monkey and feel as if they're body is changing to a monkey's.
~Healing~ After all of this, you may want to help your opponent back up. To do this I smile, link to them, and send the happiest, warmest feeling I can muster and feel their pain dissipate.
~Epilogue~ I will add to this guide as I discover more techniques. Keep in mind though, this stuff is real and it is not a toy. Never doubt yourself. If you do you can't accomplish anything. Make sure you have the consent of someone before you do this, or that you do it in self defense. Feel free to post comments or questions.

You know, the only time I'm usually able to meditate is with music playing in the backround. It's hard for me to meditate in silence, because then I lose focus by listening to the electricity run through the wires. Does that ever happen to you, or is my hearing just kind of wierd?

White noise works fine, as long as you can clear your mind while it's playing. Music with lyrics or fast-paced music is generally a bad idea.

I just got some really good meditative music over Christmas! ♥ Do you want a copy? It's called "Solitudes: Celtic Reverie"! It's really beautiful. I wasn't even meaning to meditate, or clear me mind, and I did anyway! It was so relaxing, and soothing. heart I apparently meditate best as I sing Natiive (yes I like spelling it with two i's) American Style. =3 Yay Cherokee blood! heart
I don't quite understand "Psi-grapple". Could you try to explain it a bit better. =3

I'd love a copy! And it's kind of tough to explain. See you and your opponent in a dark room, picture grabbing them, then slam 'em. That's about the best I can do. You'll understand more when linked to someone. razz
